The place we chose for my son's Erasmus stay was a major disappointment for me as a parent. My son stayed at Victor Sharies during his Erasmus period, and unfortunately our experience with the management was extremely frustrating. • Our deposit has not been returned for over 2 months. • Despite sending multiple emails, we have received no response. • Communication is nearly impossible — there is no reliable contact person. • During his stay, there were frequent electricity outages. • There was no accessible emergency phone line, so in urgent situations we had to wait for management to respond at their convenience. As a parent sending a child abroad, you expect professionalism, safety, and basic accountability. Sadly, we experienced the opposite. If you value communication, responsibility, and timely deposit returns, I strongly advise you to reconsider before choosing this place.
I stayed at Sharies for 4 months and moved out on May 2nd, yet they still haven’t refunded my security deposit. They expect you to deep clean the apartment before leaving, then charge you an additional 60 euros for “cleaning” anyway — with no explanation. And even after all that, they still withhold your deposit. It’s now been nearly 10 weeks since I moved out, and I’ve received nothing. They’re ignoring my emails as well. The place is overpriced, the staff are unprofessional, and they clearly don’t care about tenants. If you’re coming to Sciences Po, don’t be fooled — it’s far from campus and not worth the hassle. I’ve since heard this is a recurring issue with them, especially at their Paris branch. If they keep refusing to return my deposit, I will take legal action. Avoid Sharies at all costs.
I stayed here during my studying abroad semester and I loved it ! Not only did Sharies provide everything I needed during my stay, but they also had different activities to participate in within the Sharies community. Administration/ staff was always attentive to my emails and available for when I needed something. Thank you Sharies!!!

Ils m’ont tiré mon loyer 2 fois et ne me l’ont jamais remboursé pour le moment. Les locaux sont sales et mal entretenus par les femmes de ménage pourtant 60€ du loyer sert à cela. Aucune disponibilité du personnel pour toute question parfois des coupures de courant pendant plus de 24 h sans soucis.
La résidence semble bien à première vue. Cependant, il y a des coupures de courant régulièrement (5 fois en 6 mois) qui durent parfois plusieurs jours. Impossible d'avoir de l'aide pendant les week-end.
Mettez un numéro d’URGENCE. On a que des problèmes !!!! C’est la énième coupure d’électricité et on doit attendre le lundi car personne est dispo le weekend ni même en semaine après 18h. Bougez-vous vous êtes en train de perdre des clients !!!!
C'était une très bonne expérience ! La salle de gym super à part le fait que pendant plusieurs mois une machine était cassée, super rooftop et cuisine commune. Notre appart était super bien agencé il a fait de nombreux jaloux. Cependant ce n'était pas parfait on a eu quelques petits soucis mais je sais qu'ils faisaient leur max pour améliorer la situation.
