PLATEAUX RAYMOND

I never write reviews but this is an important exception. I really do not understand the good ratings on this place. We were recommended by the hotel to go here for dinner. The service was bad and the food was absolutely terrible. We ate because we felt obliged after ordering. Big mistake, we all got really sick with my husband and our 4-year old daughter (!) throwing up several times later at night. My husband got served a glass of wine with a fly in it. The waitress did bring a new glass when asked, but she seemed not to care:be fazed about it and did not apologize. The cookies that went with the coffee were old or soft, as if they had been stored badly or expired. We wanted to get out as quickly as possible after dinner. Too bad, even simply getting the bill took ages. We didn’t have the courage to make a fuss, we just wanted out and hoped we would not get sick - which we did.

Always call here for takeaway pizzas on our journey south, or north, through the region. Excellent food with generous toppings. Noticed that daily suggestion was tartiflette and charcuterie for 14 euros, in the ski resort they were charging 29 euros! Bit of a difference.

Delicious pizza, very friendly staff, and even got a little surprise extra. Lovely experience thank you!
