While the exterior of the hotel was quite worn, the rooms were much better. The service was below expectations and some of the personnel were quite rude. The pool consistently closed prematurely and the Wi-Fi had issues. The location was, however, very nice. Close to both the beach and city centre, but still quiet and secluded.

Spent one week at the resort. The quality of services compared to the paid price is poor. While receptionists were welcoming and helpful at all times, the offered services are not up to par to what we paid. On the positive side, we did get upgraded upon arrival which was a very pleasant surprise. The view from the room was nice and we were in a quiet corner. Compared to other Pierre & Vacances this one has stopped a number of services like sauna while others have kept them despite Covid19. Swimming pool was supposed to be heated which was not the case. While we had a good time, we were disappointed and we though the price tag of the place was definitely not worth it.

Great holiday apartments. Very well located. You need some walking or biking to get to the nicests places. Occasionally a trip by car is useful for a nearby visit. The pool is nice and safe. You have some noise of the coastal motorway.

Accommodation in nice environment||Nice and quiet area with proximity to La Baule and nice excursion destinations. The apartment was well cleaned and everything was there to be able to have their own household. Comfortable beds and good other furnishings. Balcony with sun umbrella was a plus since we had sunny weather. Good with service of bread in the morning.

Lovely location, close to the beach and supermarkets. Nice swimming pool and big parking space for cars. Rooms were clean and spacious. The only drawback - there are too many doors in the building which you need to open, that is not convenient and hinders movement.

This is an isolated place, calm and 5-6 minutes away (on walking) from the sea. The reception guy was once very rude and so was the gardener that's why I gave the service one star. Overall it is a beautiful place but it doesn't have enough public transport and near supermarkets. It is always Windy not recommended during coled months.

Nice location near the coastal path and smaller beaches. But a longer walk into the town and bigger beaches.||The accommodation is quite a let down. If you are of average height you won’t be able to stand up in the showers. There is dog mess in the gardens, each morning I went out for a run I saw it. Obviously dog owners staying at the property felt no obligation to clear up after their pet.||The customer service was poor, when complaining about the dog mess and the incredibly archaic internet I got no apology. The WiFi is a joke. Despite paying for ‘high-speed’ access. We ended up leaving a day early. Still charged for whole stay and city tax - even for the day we weren’t even there.||Avoid it and look at other options. The area is worth visiting.

This is in a lovely location a few minutes walk from the coast. It is very good accommodation and attractive but needs some updating. It is all very clean and comfortable and the pool is lovely - although would feel a bit small if it was very busy in high season but there are other places to swim with so many lovely beaches and coves near by.
