BUT will lend you their truck so that you can deliver your purchases yourself! This is an excellent service. The sales staff are friendly and pretty knowledgeable although they are clearly trained to try to push ancillary high margin purchases like mattress covers, fridge defrosting chemicals et cetera. Sale prices at BUT can be quite good, but you have to buy quickly as discounted items quickly become out of stock.
Too busy. We waited 20 minutes for a sales person to be free. Finally we just went home and offered online.
It's a good alternative to the other well known furniture store.
