Anne our host really made our stay enjoyable. She was a ball of joy, friendly and helpful. Very quick to respond to emails and our needs. Rooms were very clean. View from our balcony was breathtaking. Close to trail heads, restaurants, grocery store, gas, atm.

We loved this chalet. We stayed here for just one night on a walking break. Anne was so welcoming and friendly. We were given immediate access to the kitchen for hot drinks. Superb breakfast. Top place to stay for Pyrenees and would be a great ski location too.

My family stayed here over Christmas 2019.|From the start lots of little things went wrong. We were in room 5 which is sold as a twin/double - but is actually 2 singles pushed together as in student accommodation. In room 5, it took 2 days to get the lights working, 3 days to get the bathroom towel radiator working and on day 5 we found our shower was leaking down the walls behind our daughters' beds in room 4. This together with a fire that smokes the living room out, a boot room in the garage where the lights did not work for 4 days....meant that the holiday was not quite as described. ||The hosts were lovely and feeling their way into the new roles, but the towels were not changed nor were the rooms hoovered/dusted all week.||When I contacted Le Ski, they failed to understand the issue, as far as they are concerned, they acted as soon as they could and were grateful that my feedback means the next guests have a better experience!||If you do book with Le Ski I suggest you ask for written confirmation of wht they mean, rather than accepting their words on describing their accommodation

First night's stop for a walking holiday to Canigou. Beautiful location, comfortable chalet style living - fabulous food and ever so helpful Anna - thank you for sharing your time (loved the aperitif moment), your talents - gorgeous food, and the lift the next morning (to help with our car tyre problem). Will return for a stay for a few days summer or winter - right next to the ski slopes - what could be better? Helen.

Bonjour, je relate simplement ce qui m'est arrivé avec Madame Arbelet, la propriétaire de ce chalet. Tout avait bien commencé lors de ma réservation et le versement de mon acompte. Mais lorsque la chute d'un rocher ou des conditions atmosphériques excecrables tout un week-end m'ont fait renoncer à mon voyage cela s'est corsé. Dans un premier temps j'ai demandé un report à ces deux occasions, accepté par Madame la propriétaire puis un problème suite à une intervention chirurgicale m'a fait renoncer tout court à mon périple. J'ai alors demandé gentiment s'il était possible d'être remboursé, ce qui n'est pas obligatoire, mais ce qu'a fait gentiment un autre gîte pour ne pas le nommer Les Ramiers, que je remercie chaleureusement, car j'avais du réserver à deux endroits pour une continuité de mon voyage...je n'ai reçu aucune réponse de cette dame sauf qu'elle était en droit de ne pas me rembourser mais sa réponse n'était pas officielle. Je viens enfin de l'obtenir par un refus catégorique. Dont acte Madame Arbelet, vous êtes dans votre droit mais la politesse et le respect ne doivent pas être absents d'un échange. Lorsque tout va bien c'est chose aisée mais dans des situations plus compliquées cela devrait tout autant l'être sinon davantage, je nomme cela de la bienveillance et de l'écoute tout simplement. Je ne vous souhaite pas bonne continuation et si je devais me rendre à Bolquère un jour, ce qui n'est plus certain, je me rendrai chez votre confrère avec grand plaisir. Cordialement
