I visited this shop in summer when I was doing my Interrail trip with DiscoverEU. The owner was very nice, and I bought two of the cheaper wines for like 20 euros each. Recently I opened the bottle at my birthday party and it was GREAT! As a student my bar might not be very high, but so far this is the best wine I ever had and it is well worth the price. I can totally recommend La Cave Colbert and if I ever go to Reims (amazing cathedral and city btw) again I will visit second time for sure.

I wanted to get a digestif for the evening meal and while they had the regular choices (cognac, rum, etc) I was happy to find a pear digestif (the brand is Sab's) that everyone loved and it was very reasonably priced. Stop by. I think they speak English if you need.

One year ago, I made my second trip to your shop and you directed me to another very flavorful red. My two friends an I also bought some champagne we brought back to the USA. We enjoyed a bottle on Sunday the ending day of the Le Tour De France as we are cyclist. Rode into Portland, Oregon. VERY GOOD Choice. Thanks for you guidance we say Cheers to you and many more. After a very dissapointing wine recommendation experience at Edgars Bistrot we walked about 100-150 metres/yards to this wonderful oasis of wine and spirits. Specialising in local/regional winea, the owner is happy to share his knowledge and to make sincere and thoughtful recommendations to suit your palate/budget and preferred style of wine. We picked up some fresh sushi on the way back to our AirBnB and confirmed his choices were great to drink and way better alternative to Edgars.

Really great wine shop with knowledgeable o owner. Hope to see him in the future.
