Indeed, good north face products. But. The staff was not really helpful. Seemed like I was disturbing them with questions. Also, they didn't bother to give me a product from the store, or at least to search for one. I took the one that was presented in the shop. Compared to other mountain shops that combine multiple brands, more expensive, probably also because of the lack of seasonal offers.

Ce magasin n’est qu’une franchise et non un revendeur officiel de The North Face. Ils m’ont induit en erreur en prétendant qu’il n’existait pas de tailles plus petites, alors qu’en ligne, c’est faux. De plus, ils cachent totalement le fait qu’aucun retour n’est accepté, même si vous revenez le lendemain. J’ai perdu 630 euros parce qu’ils se contentent de dire qu’il y a un « petit papier » quelque part, au lieu de l’annoncer clairement. C’est une tromperie pure et simple. Évitez ce magasin si vous ne voulez pas perdre votre argent dès que vous avez le moindre problème.
