Beautiful building with some nice fountains surrounding it. Since it's a government building, i think it's not possible to visit the interior.
They didnt make clear information of RDV and I just get refuse even before they check my documents. I told to them that I follow the instruction in the government website and they said it is wrong. For sure it's not my fault and they are just bad! I have been waiting for 3 weeks to get the appointment and it's just wasting my time! My boyfriend took a whole day off only for this! This prefecture is bad. No clear information! They will not help you even it's they are mistake!
This is also a beautiful building of Marseille prefecture, but if you need to get any documents - this is the wrong place, and you need to go to another prefecture It's very strange, that in Marseille there are so many buildings in different places with the name "prefecture". If you need to find the prefecture to get documents - it's very hard! And this prefecture is not to get documents!

It is a fabulous building but no information and how does one get inside or is it used for some business that is out of bounds for tourists? Take a photo and keep walking....
