I had a very pleasant experience with Chancel, who helped me find an apartment to rent. I ended up renting with another agency, but their support was so good that I felt I should leave a positive review, as they were fast, agile, and competent in showing me what they had available in their portfolio. I highly reccomend them!

AVOID!! ÉVITER!! The worst agent I’ve ever experienced. 3 years we were in a property. Never replied to emails. Any problems they couldn’t be bothered and just said deal with landlord. They take at least a months rent as service fee for doing nothing. Very unprofessional. When we told two months in advance to leave to help them, they came back two weeks before the end saying we never received an official letter. It’s 2019 but an email doesn’t work for them, even if they recognized the email. Delphine is the worst agent I’ve ever come across - an embarrassment to her profession.

Stay away!! Outrageous fees for which you get no service. We went to see a house twice, twice the agent never showed up we had to contact the owner and have the home showed by the owner both times. Then when we rented the home the girl was late to the walk through, had no clue what she was doing did not know how to read the electric meter did not note half the things wrong with the property and did not even look for or mention the lack of a smoke detector which is obligatory in France since 2015. This is literally robbery! $1400+ euros for 30 minutes of their time, for which they did not even do the whole job or do it properly.

It's scandalous! They will charge an account management fee to your deposit, which is strictly and formally forbidden by the laws. They rudely refused to respect the laws, and do not attend the mediation meeting as requested by the court. Avoid them !!!

Terrible agency. Non existent to get hold of if any problem in the accommodation. The worst agency I've ever come across. Plenty of agencies in Antibes so go somewhere else and save yourself pain and money.

This is a very bad agent, they will eat your deposit for some ridiculous reasons! If you argue with them, they become rude! All you need to do is to stay away from Chancel Immobilier!!

AVOID! Cunning professionals, perfectly organised at exploiting flawed loopholes in the law to overcharge sincere tenants. Not worth your time or money.

Incompétent et malhonnête. Ce syndic s’est permis de porter à mon encontre une accusation de non paiement pour la modique somme de 40 euros pour un badge payé en 2016 avec menace de ne plus avoir accès à la piscine collective. J’ai par chance retrouvé la trace de ce règlement. Après leur en avoir rapporté la preuve, 2 messages et un appel téléphonique, il m’a finalement été répondu 2 mois plus tard qu’ils ne disposaient pas des comptes leur permettant de vérifier !!!! Accuser sans même vérifier semble être leur spécialité car nous sommes une petite vingtaine de co propriétaires à avoir subi cette même menace et malheureusement certains, compte tenu de l’antériorité sont incapables de retrouver quoi que ce soit.
