Great location near train station and staff couldn't be more helpful or friendly. Breakfast has good coffee and croissants! Able to check out late for a small 5€ fee.

MY time there was very good indeed warm clean comfortable room breakfast extremely good in both what was availiable quality and value Over all our stay extremely good only spoilt by the reluctance of one female member of reception staff to unlock the down stairs toilet for me to use and a second female member of staff refusing to unlock this toilet which is the only downstairs toilet and is designated male/female and disable of which i am despite asking this female to unlock and allow me to use the said toilet no was her first reply second no use in the one in your room angry waving her arm dismissing me . unfortunately for me by the time the lift had gone up to the 5th and back down and me up to the 5th to my room it was a little io late had to unpack my bag packed for booking out to take a shower repack and book out thank you so much madam ? may be in next time I and other disabled guest will be given a key for this toilet ??

No major complaints. The only minor complaint I had is it had no hair dryer in the room. The air conditioning actually worked amazingly, which is rare for Ibis hotels. I was a nice 18°C all evening :), love having a cooler room. I had a late night, checked out at noon. The only annoying thing is trying to find parking to check in. It's on a busy street, the spots in front of the hotel are usually full. Once you get checked in, it's 10 € a night for parking (not bad actually). The area is gated, so your vehicle will be safe. They'll give you instructions on where to park with a map included, quite convenient! Front desk staff were lovely and friend to deal with. No major complaints, I was pleased.

Wife has mobility issues so asked for suitable room and hotel parking. Room was very good and spacious. However no hotel parking available, worse the front desk could not explain and did not have a leaflet to show alternative parking. So had to go round in circles to eventually park in the Hotel de Ville car park about 100m from the hotel, this was almost full but adequate. Morning breakfast was good. ||One of the worse aspects of the hotel was that the hotel staff smoked near the front entrance, so we had to walk through a cloud of smoke to get in. I felt like charging 100€ to have my lungs cleaned out, like your charges for smoking in a hotel room. NOT VERY PLEASANT.

Perhaps a 2.5 Star. There were marks on many of the walls, molding missing. The room is small but the bed was comfy but I found the bathroom needed a real good deep clean. The toilet seat was loose. The desk staff were good. Parking is very limited. I had to walk a few blocks away to park. The second night I did get to park in their lot. Breakfast was not included but I did pay for one. It was OK. The location was certainly good for being close to the core of the town.

This budget Ibis seemed new or newly refurbished with very comfortable bed, good spacious shower and bright clean decor. But the best thing was being allowed to stow our bikes in our room safely. Staff were friendly and helpful too.

Perfect hotel. The staff are very friendly, polite and welcoming. The rooms are clean. The beds are comfortable. The bathroom was clean and body wash and towels are provided. It is close to the ferry port and a few minutes walk into the main town. They have secure parking on site but you must book it in advance as spaces are limited.

Bear in mind that there are a number of “grades” of Ibis hotel. This Ibis budget is indeed budget. You get a clean room and a comfortable bed but the room itself is compact with no real cupboard - just some hanging space and no bedside table. The bathroom is clean with a decent sized shower but only one rather small towel per person.|We had the breakfast which for the money was disappointing - the bread and pastries were fresh but the coffee was weak, the choice of cereals was very limited (just 2) as was the choice of jams. It felt as if they had done the minimum they could get way with.|Parking at EUR 10 for the night was secure and accessible from the hotel but access could be difficult. You can park in the street for free overnight.|It is very convenient being very close to the port with lots of places to eat 7 or 8 minutes walk away.
