We had a wonderful stay at Radiana Hotel. The hotel is very nice and comfortable, the spa is excellent, and the breakfasts are absolutely delicious. The staff are friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Well located hotel as a stopover to / from ski resorts. Tesla charge station on site too. Rooms are a good size but the design of the showers floods the bathroom! Breakfast very average but good enough for the price.

A friend and I stayed at this hotel/spa resort for 4 nights in September and I’m so pleased we did. We had a fabulous stay using all the spa facilites and walking along the general paths. There was also a lovely market on Mon. Our stay was Mon-Thurs and if you have no real reason to go on the week-end then I would recommend this time as it will be less busy. The chef is a dream and we enjoyed gastronomic meals every evening. But by far the best part of our stay was the lovely director Germain Dheilly who was so attentive, kind and helpful. We really enjoyed passing time with him in the evenings chatting in the bar. He genuinely wants you to have a good experience and is only too happy to resolve any problems. He is an absolutely delight and a credit to this establishment.

Yes the hotel has seen better days , but for the price of a room you get a lot , big rooms , big bathroom's, nice staff and to top it all , 2h spa acces included with your room 👌

Restaurant is closed for dinner Sunday and Monday. I wasn’t told that at check in. Luckily I had a car to drive to the nearest town 15 min away. There is nothing to eat nearby.

This is absolutely terrible place. I will never come back to this place. I came there one hour and 30 minutes more from my destination because of spa and I wanted to spend their time with kids. I paid extra for spa accesses on the booking and just on the place reception said me is just from 14 years old. I asked about seance of massage and they said it is full and even they didn’t try to find or to, imagine try to help me. No service, restaurant didn’t work what is ridiculous. The breakfast until 8.30. I came at two at night and it was impossible to go so early so no another option for guests, no understanding from the stuff, nobody care about guests requests. The hotel is very old. Everywhere is smell of smoke.. please don’t make a mistake like me, don’t go to this hotel.

The rooms where fine, no complaints there. The Restaurant service was awful. We where a group of 20 booked well in advance, they would only take 6 bookings for dinner from our group. They had very few staff on for dinner and it took ages to order and for the food to arrive. Our booking was for 7pm, we didn't get our desert until 9pm. The food was good when it finally arrived. They wouldn't open the hotel bar until 7pm, so we did a run down to the nearest supermarket for some beers. We'd been cycling all day and where thirsty. They missed a lot of extra buisness from us !

Staff were rude, clueless, very slow & unhelpful. Since we arrived, noone helped us with luggages, since my partner doesnt speak french, they told him its self service and to take luggages by himself(we had 6 suitcases). As for parking, they said park anywhere you find on the street. When I spoke french to them, only one receptionist became a bit more pleasant. We got given a room that doesnt look like the photos at all. No water bottles available, we had to steal toilet roll from lobby restrooms because they never gave us. There was no closet in the room. Our Shower didn’t have any tray or basin, nor shower curtains, so water was going everywhere! I complained to reception about our room, the young girl said she can not do anything since we booked from booking and not directly from them. I asked to at leaat change the room, She raised her voice and even stood up while talking to me while she didnt even raise concern or asked about our problem to find a solution, stating again to deal with booking.com . Staff are super lazy and unprofessional, i would never advise u to stay in this hotel as i cant even call it hotel. Feels more like a dorm. Not worth a single penny! We had 2 dead coakroaches under our beds, and we had a big insect flying in the room which we had to kill by ourself because reception never answer the call. Stay away from this hotel at all costs! Even breakfast isn’t eatable! You have to boil ur own eggs. Plates are dirty and you barely can find some croissant, jam and other dirty fruits.
