I had a really great experience at Mlab Cachan and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a professional and welcoming medical laboratory. From the moment I arrived, the environment felt clean, calm, and well-maintained. The reception staff were kind, respectful, and efficient they made the check-in process very smooth and stress-free. A special mention goes to Shabnam, the technician who took my blood sample. She was incredibly gentle and professional. I was a bit nervous, but she made me feel at ease right away. Her friendly approach, clear explanation of the process, and gentle technique made all the difference. I barely felt anything during the blood draw, and it was over before I knew it! It’s also worth noting that there’s convenient parking available right outside the lab, which made the visit even easier, especially if you’re coming by car or scooter/cycle Overall, Mlab Cachan has a very organized and respectful team, a clean environment, and offers excellent service. I truly appreciate the care and professionalism of the staff

Je vais régulièrement au MLab Cachan, et toujours autant satisfaite ! L'équipe est très accueillante, à l'écoute, réactive et efficace. J'apprécie le système de rendez-vous du matin, qui me permet d'être sûre d'être prise en charge en temps et en heure.

Un grand merci pour l’accueil de Laetitia et Sihem. Toutes les deux ont répondu à nos questions et nous on rassuré pour une prise de sang concernant une grossesse. Merci pour ce moment de détente qui a la base était stressant pour mon amie. Un labo très accueillant et très professionnel à la fois, encore un grand merci à vous.

Je fréquente régulièrement ce laboratoire de Cachan. Accueil toujours très agréable ! Je tiens à souligner la gentillesse et la patience de l’Equipe, dont l’infirmière Shabnam, qui sont parfois confrontées à des complications documentaires qui viennent alourdir leur charge de travail.
