I rarely do reviews or give a 5 start rating when I do, but Cap Croisette Immobilier has always and I highlight always exceeded my expectations. I met them in 2017 and they helped me find a furnished rental apartment which I still reside in since I have decided to live here in France. Anytime I have an issue with the apartment they resolve it immediately. Julia who I work with also stepped forward to help me with some matters outside of renting the apartment since she is bilingual and I needed help navigating some French paperwork. She is always there for me and extremely helpful beyond helping with the apartment.

Excellent service, reliable and fair. What more can you want when you buy an apartment and rent a garage. Great thanks to Mario and Julia also for the help with so many things after the purchase. My absolute recommendation.

Très bonne expérience avec l’agence Cap Croisette à Cannes. Ils ont vendu l’appartement de notre mère, qui vit à l’étranger, et se sont occupés de tout sur place : gestion des artisans, réparations (dont un dégât des eaux) et vidage de l’appartement. Un grand soulagement pour nous qui habitons loin. Service sérieux et efficace, nous recommandons sans hésiter.

L'attenzione e la cura del Signor Catena di Cap C.I. sono state indispensabili per trovare un punto di incontro fra il sottoscritto, l'acquirente, ed il venditore. Mi sono sempre sentito assistito e consigliato e per me, che non sono di madre lingua francese, è stato importantissimo. Serietà, chiarezza e cortesia, non potevo chiedere di più. Credo che la stessa attenzione sia data ai francesi, ma per un italiano è indispensabile.
