Visited several times during our holiday In St Hilaire de Foret. The Patisane bread is excellent as were the pastries. Petit dejeuner on our final day was good value.

Best bread i have ever had and great for diabetic people no Sugar spike longterm. Pastries are amazing. Order a birthday cake, its heavenly.

We come here every year and stopped trying other boulangers because the petrisane is the best and it’s always fresh and crispy!

By far one of the best boulangeries in the area. The baguette Petrisane is crunchy and full of flavour (nut, butter). In the weekend try the brioche feuilletée. Most of all, I can’t recommend the raspberry tart highly enough, it is the best I’ve had in years (I’m French): lightly sweet crust, thin layer of almond cream, thin layer of raspberry jam and a lot of sweet and flavoursome raspberries. And all this for 21€!! You can’t beat that. Too bad I forgot to take pictures. Bravo to the team, you made our holidays so delicious!

Excellent service. Magalie and Christian make beautiful cakes and bread. The Longevillais is recommended. As a British visitor and part time resident, I look forward to my daily visits for bread and cakes.
