I spent two weeks here while I was attending a training course. The rooms were comfortable. Maybe a little small for a long stay. The breakfasts were good with everything you need. My only complaint would be the noise by other guests late at night as well as other guests smoking in the building. Thank you to the team for a good stay.

Marie is not only beautiful but very very nice. She helped me check in and went above and beyond to assist me. I flew in and she helped me with early checkin and my bags as well. Excellent hotel!!! I would definitely stay again!

Unpleasant experience. This hotel is certainly overpriced. The room was very small, incl. risk hitting the head against the wall mounted TV as the path between bed and wall is very narrow. Window could either be closed or opened, no chance to tilt - not a good concept for the ground floor. Noisy environment (neighboring rooms, corridor, nearby roads). Commute to Geneva by public transport takes approximately 1 hour. No good quality of sleep.

Black mold in every corner of the room. Bathroom way too small and moldy. I was too disgusted to even walk around in my socks in the whole room. I had my crocks always on and even showered with it. The room hasn’t been vacuumed in a while. There was a sheet of dust covering the edges and the floor. The food was not that good either and we had a time frame of 15 minutes to eat. I can’t recommend this hotel even for budget reasons. You just can’t make people be in a moldy room like taht

Phew! I did a 10-day group tour through Europe, and this was the last hotel we stayed in. The smell when you first walk in is horrible. I can't even describe it. Check-in was relatively simple for such a large group as ours (26). The carpet is badly stained through the hotel. I believe the smell would be eliminated if that nasty carpet was pulled up. Cleaning/disinfecting is simply not enough. I'm okay with the size of the room (small) as I recognize that this is a budget hotel. However, the bathroom was so small that we could only use it while the door was open. There is black mold in the shower and scum on the shower head. The smell in the room was almost as bad as the hallway. This is probably the worst hotel I've ever stayed in my 41 years on this planet. We did not feel safe in the room, even with the chain on. We slept with our luggage against the door to alert us of "unauthorized entry." Would not recommend.

Cheap price bit the room had a distinct cigarette smell, the beds and pillows were hard, both the room and the bathroom were small, and we ran out of soap in the bathroom. At least the AC was good and we were never disturbed by any noise. They had an okay breakfast with nice outdoor seating. Overall good service. It took 22 minutes to walk to the closest public transport so I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone not travelling by car.

- Black mold on walls, stinky rooms, hair in beds. My son had dissappeared during the night and I suspect it was The black mold monster behind the A/C that ate him. The rooms smelled like cigarettes when we came back from the breakfast, even though we don’t smoke. Bathroom is the size of the one in an airplane, and the room is smaller than the toilet in the bus we came in. The bunk bed was highly unstable and i had a feel it would fall down any minute. In the morning i couldn’t get down on the ladder so i had to jump over the railing, and i fell and almost broke one of the beds in half. Over all there is about 4 bananas of space so it’s very easy to break your skull open. There is a terrible smell coming from the radiator when it runs and we had to turn it off, it was probably just more mold. The clock on the TV was upside down, which is rather unconvenient having to dislocate my neck just to look at the time, but it is probably just a weird french tradition. Also all the TV channels were in a weird language i couldn’t understand. More mold. There were two towels for three people and no soap. Even more mold + The walls have a nice texture and feel to them. It feels like i could grate cheese on it. Nice bathroom color, pink is my favorite. Good breakfast.

I stayed with a group of students and teachers, 53 people; the organization of our stay at Kyriad Direct Annemasse was excellent. When we arrived, a reserved parking space for our large bus and room entry cards were waiting for us. Rooms clean and well-kept. Breakfast was a good start to the day; fresh bread, good coffee, excellent croissants, good quality ham and cheese. Nice selection for a continental breakfast. The friendly hotel staff constantly replenished the breakfast buffet, and many students had quite large appetites. The rooms are small but sufficient to relax after a long day of sightseeing. The location is excellent, close to motorways and Geneva. The price-quality ratio is very good. I will definitely come to this hotel again with other groups of students from my country.
