10/10 - we loved every single moment When we were searching for our wedding venue, we spent three days in France visiting various properties. The moment we drove up the driveway to Château Canet, we knew this was the one. Anna’s warm welcome when we arrived and the care she took in showing us around made us fall in love with the place. After the tour, we sat in the office enjoying a glass of bubbles and that sealed the deal, we just knew it was the right choice for us. In the winter before our wedding, the château hosted a tasting weekend for all the couples getting married the following year. It was such a thoughtful touch, we got to meet the suppliers, spend more time with Anna, Victoria and connect with other couples to share ideas. It really set the tone for how special the whole experience would be. We had our wedding at Château Canet in July this year, and it was absolutely spectacular. From start to finish, Anna and Victoria were incredible, they guided us through every decision, recommended exceptional suppliers and suggested perfect spots on the property for each part of our celebration. Their idea to organise a recovery day picnic was a huge hit with our guests! Everyone was blown away by how stunning the venue is. The wine deserves special mention, the quality and taste were outstanding and our guests couldn’t stop raving about it. We even drove down with our dog Lincoln and were able to take some bottles home with us. Floris gave us a fascinating tour of the winery, which made the experience even more memorable! The entire team at Château Canet went above and beyond to make our wedding unforgettable. We partied late into the night, and everyone had the most amazing time. As a bonus, our wedding fell on Bastille Day weekend, so on the final night we stayed at the property with family and went into Carcassonne to enjoy the festivities and fireworks, the perfect ending to a perfect few days. What a place. What a special, special place. Victoria, Floris, the staff and their 3 dogs just make it all the better. The wine is as stunning as the surroundings and the various rooms are minimalistically perfect. This was my 2nd visit during an IT leaders summit and it was as good, if not better than the 1st. I'm already looking forward to next May and my next visit.

Where to start with Château Canet? Firstly, everybody across the world who’s planning a wedding needs an Anna in their lives. What an incredible person, who’s so insanely talented at their job. We can not thank you enough for our whole experience. From the first interaction with Anna we were put at ease and were provide with all the relevant information to commit to booking Château Canet as our venue. We had a feeling about the place and actually booked our date prior to flying out to view it. When we entered the driveway up to the chateau we knew we’d made the right decision. We also found out, that the only UK supplier had a stock of Canet wine opposite my parent’s house!! It was meant to be. After our first visit we were welcomed back to a tasting weekend which was just amazing to get a snippet of what our wedding weekend would look like. It was lovely to meet all the vendors and other couples and share lots of helpful ideas. The organisation throughout was just incredible, as someone who loves planning it was just great for all our ideas to be so well received by Anna and the team, nothing ever felt like too much trouble. Planning a destination wedding can feel overwhelming, but they made everything seamless and totally stress-free. We were lucky enough to have my parents drive down with a car full of decorations and all our flowers. We were able to visit the venue a few days before our wedding to set everything up, stock up the cottages and drop off all our alcohol. We also had the opportunity to have a run through with Anna and the team to ensure everything was in place. This allowed us to start the celebrations as soon as we arrived on the first day! An Unforgettable Week at Château Canet We had the absolute privilege of spending a week at Château Canet to celebrate my aunt’s 50th birthday, and it was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth, charm, and a genuine passion for hospitality that made us feel right at home. The property itself is stunning, surrounded by rolling vineyards, perfectly manicured grounds, and breathtaking views at every turn. The accommodation was spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully designed, striking the perfect balance between rustic French charm and modern comfort. What truly set Château Canet apart was the care and attention from the team. Every interaction felt personal, and no detail was too small. They went above and beyond to ensure our celebration was perfect, from helping arrange local wine tastings to recommending hidden gems in the region. Our days were filled with laughter by the pool, long walks through the vines, and lingering meals over exquisite wine made right here on the estate. It was more than just a stay, it was an experience that created memories we’ll cherish forever. If you’re looking for a place that captures the beauty, warmth, and authenticity of the French countryside, look no further than Château Canet. An unforgettable experience for Gillian and I, as well as all of our friends and family. Victoria, Anna and the rest of the Canet team made the whole planning process seamless and enjoyable. They were also very present and supportive on the wedding weekend itself to ensure everything went smoothly. We cannot recommend this venue enough for a wedding. We love visiting the south of France on holiday and Chateau Canet captures the beauty of this part of the world effortlessly. We initially wanted to get married in Provence, but we can definitively say that Canet was a superior and more cost-effective option. All of our friends and family loved staying in the on-site cottages, with Chardonnay cottage being a particular hit! We opted for limited floral decorations as we believed the venue had more than enough innate beauty as evidenced by the photos below! Thank you so much again.

Tucked away in the tranquil landscape of southern France, the estate blends elegant and comfortable accommodations, breathtaking vineyard views, and exceptional wines into an experience that feels timeless. Beyond the beauty, what truly sets Château Canet apart is its people. Victoria & Floris (owners) and their remarkable hospitality team. Each year, I host a weeklong culinary retreat on the estate with a group of women. Victoria and her staff are nothing short of a “dream team.” Their passion for sourcing outstanding local services (and always mindful of your budget), their impeccable taste, and their unwavering attention to detail, allows me to focus on my guests. Thanks to them, hosting feels effortless and makes my week run so smoothly. Château Canet is one of southern France’s most delightful hidden gems. It is a magical place—one that will stay with you long after you leave.

We spent a glorious week at Château Canet in May as part of Billy’s Best Bottles tour 2026. This enchanting property is just magic. We were welcomed with a crisp and cold glass of rosé and from there the hospitality (and wine) flowed. Anna and Victoria are consummate professionals who think of everything. Our meals were incredible in the olive grove, courtyard and garden all accompanied by Canet wines-some of the best values around. Breakfast on our own balcony and hot days by the pool with new friends were perfect. We were treated to a wine tour and blending with Floris and stories of the history of Château Canet were so interesting. All made better by the sweet pups, Nelson, Miles and Islay ❤️ We can’t wait to go back next year!”

We had the most incredible wedding weekend at Château Canet — it was everything we imagined and so much more. From the very beginning, Victoria and Anna were unbelievably helpful, guiding us through the planning process and making sure every little detail was taken care of. Their support made the entire experience completely stress-free. The weekend itself couldn’t have gone any better. Our friends and family were blown away by how beautiful the venue is and loved every minute they spent there. The food was fantastic, with a great selection of menus, and the wine was absolutely amazing. The Château Canet family made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived the night before, when we had the venue to ourselves. Everyone went above and beyond to make us feel special and looked after. We truly couldn’t have asked for anything more. The entire experience was perfect — we only wish we could do it all over again! We already can’t wait to return for an anniversary and relive the stunning scenery, lovely accommodation, and exceptional hospitality.
