VIVES PATRICE

We stayed at Villa Magnolia in April, a family group of 6 adults. The villa is stunning and the garden so peaceful and beautiful. We had lots of space to relax, sleep and cook. The kitchen is very well equipped. It was a short walk into the centre of Annecy, yet so quiet and relaxing on a very quiet street. The information and communication were excellent. Joseph was very helpful in accommodating our arrival and departure times too. We all had a wonderful holiday and would recommend the villa and company to others. Annecy itself is so beautiful. We also managed a day trip to Chamonix.

This was a wonderful place. Barry did everything possible to make it special for our Christmas away from home. It’s so spacious and lovely. He thought of everything. I wish we could have stayed longer.

A wonderful experience. The accommodation was very clean and tidy, and the location was excellent, close to all amenities. Check-in and check-out were easy, and the service was professional and efficient. We enjoyed a comfortable stay and highly recommend it

Nice layout and tastefully renovated. An easy 25 min walk into the old town… we chose indoor space and outdoor dining over being more central. Great having off street parking. Awesome bakery around the corner. We all loved it!

L’agence quant à elle est au service du client et répond à toutes les demandes en un temps record. Super appréciable 👍🏽 La maison est superbe idéalement située en plein centre-ville d’Annecy, parfaitement adaptée à notre groupe de 8 personnes. La maison était très agréable à vivre en groupe où chacun à son propre espace. Le logement était très propre, bien équipé. L’espace extérieur était super pour prendre l’apéro à l’ombre. Le garage est un vrai plus. Tout le monde a adoré et nous y serions restés bien plus longtemps 😊. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter faire découvrir cet endroit à d’autres amis… Un grand merci 🙏
