This really is a gem, I’m happy we found it. Very nice house, garden, and rooms. We spent two relaxing days at the pool. There are only a handful of rooms/guests so the atmosphere is very peaceful. Petra is an outstanding and caring host who served good coffee, yogurt with fresh berries, melon, eggs/omelette, and baguette/croissants for breakfast. At night, we walked ~10min to the nearby medieval village on a hill that has a few restaurants. 100% recommend to spend a few days here.

We stayed here on recommendation from my daughter. It did not disappoint - in fact we tried to stay an extra night as we didn’t want to leave. Sadly this was not possible. Everything great - smiling welcome from Petra, fabulous views, comfortable room and bed, delicious breakfast, huge infinity pool with with sunbeds for everyone, and then Petra brought us a nice glass of wine while we were sunbathing. What could be better? We will hopefully return next year.

We immensely enjoyed our mini-break with hostess Petra and host Dik. A wonderful stay with a warm welcome, situated in a peaceful location away from the city life, within walking distance of a charming town centre and surrounded by (centuries-old) picturesque French villages. Our room was clean, tidy and comfortable, and the breakfast was fresh, plentiful and complete. The service and quality were truly excellent! Once again, many thanks for your hospitality and care! Chambre d'hotes Cottes has an outstanding level service and hospitality, The rooms are efficient en well organised. Breakfast is served by Petra and there is a tiny buffet. Last but not least, the whole property and rooms are very clean en well maintenend. The view over the Valley is stunning and beautiful. The Pool is an outcome during hot wheather. it is only 20 minutes to reach the A8 highway Nice-Montpeiller by car. The small village Caillian has a couple of nice restaurants, This area got height difference. and if you still have some questions leftover then Petra is there for you. Beautiful chateau in the French hills, a warm welcome, stunning views, the croissants and French bread were still warm from the local bakery each morning. Rooms spotlessly clean. I recommend 100%

Fantastic boutique hotel, nicely tucked away in the hills with an incredibly warm and friendly staff. Truly a five star experience!

You won't regret booking this place! Just spent 4 days there. Love it and will return!
