You could have given me the car I ordered rather than a larger one that I didn’t want. When I got a flat tyre you could have come and changed it. When you instead took the car away and you promised a replacement delivered that afternoon you could have actually sent another car. Instead I was left stranded for my whole stay in a place with no food within walking distance waiting for days for a new car. Trying to call and chat you and not getting anywhere. You truly deserve a lower trustpilot actors than your already in pathetic company. You are not a car rental company you are an evil company that wants to wreck lives. I need a full refund and €3000 to repeat the trip without the horror of enterprise rent a car.

Watch out for this company!! They took a 250 euro 'deposit' which wasn't actually a deposit as the money left my account rather than being held. When I returned the car the manager (offhand and rude) said they would pay back the 250 euro but, as yet, over two weeks later, the money has failed to appear in my account. There is no way to contact them - no phone number and emails go unanswered. Avoid!

The staff here were incredibly friendly and helpful to us even though we spoke little French. In particular I would like to recognize Hinda and Enzo for their assistance both with our original rental and also with their above-and-beyond help when we had to extend due to emergency circumstances. Great people. We recommend them, and this location.

Avoid this agency at all costs! I would give them a negative rating if I could, as they completely ruined my weekend. I had booked an automatic car and paid for it online several days in advance, as I was traveling from Australia and Germany. In the morning, I called them to let them know that I would be running late and to confirm that they would hold the car for me. Since the agency was far away, I took an Uber to reach there. To my dismay, when I arrived at the agency at 2 p.m., I discovered that the car was not ready due to some problem they encountered. Their proposed solution was either to take a manual car or to have no car at all. This was extremely frustrating for me, considering the circumstances. The situation unfolded as follows: Me: Why didn't you inform me about the problem when I called this morning to let you know I would be late? Agency: The problem arose this morning, and we didn't have enough time to contact you about it. Me: But the car was supposed to be ready! I am concerned about the safety of the vehicle you are offering. Agency: We were actually planning to upgrade you to a bigger car. Me: Alright, where is this supposed bigger car? Can I have it now? Ahhh! Me: cancel please my reservation and Stratton the refund ! Agency: we can’t do now , the responsable is busy and there were only one person on the reception!!! Needless to say, my disappointment with their service and lack of respect for the client's time is beyond measure. I sincerely hope they process my refund as quickly as possible. I should mention that lucky they accepted to drop as at our next stop in Marseille !!

Awful. We booked a car at 8am and prepaid. We were running late with 2 young kids. We got a call on the way to say they gave the car to someone else and would charge us Euro95.- of cancelling fees. Avoid at all costs.

We rented a car from this location when we stayed in Marseille. The service was rather slow when we came to pick the car up, however the staff were friendly once we actually got to talk to them. Give yourself some extra time when you get here - at least 30 minutes at the location before getting your car.

Well, what can I say? If you want to stay sane - stay away from this agency. Second time booking a car, got a confirmation, upon arrival, no car available and no propper solution offered. Stay away.
