Live music ans late food on Thursdays! We experienced this purely by chance and had a great evening. The owner is also the cook, with delicious results. Just make sure to order in french (google translate / AI). They speak about as much English as I do French (5 words).

I’d give another 5 stars for both the service and atmosphere, and the food deserves its own full set. It’s a very simple menu. Beyond food, you’ll find punch and beer. I fully agree with the consensus: it looks bare, but it’s a jewel. Service is spectacular, the smile on that girl was a game changer.

Bar B Q chicken was incredible. We sat under shade trees with a cool breeze. I highly recommend them.

After 45 minutes of waiting just to order drinks or even being acknowledged as paying customers we were so fed up of being consequently ignored we eventually stood up and left. Obviously, because the slow waitress didn't want to put up with having to speak English to us. She rather served the local french speaking people that arrived way later than us. Thanks for stealing 45 minutes of our precious time and making us feel humiliated and discriminated.

It's a very simple place but don't let the appearance fool you. We tried smoked ribs and chicken in many other places but it was nowhere near the taste and tenderness you'd find at Franko Grillades. The owner loves his job and makes sure every piece of meat is cooked to perfection. Prices are very low too! Enjoy!

Amazing local place, Franko does definitely grill well! Generous amounts of food and amazing taste, especially the chicken. The cocktails are great too, as long as you don't mind them being a little heavy-handed in alcohol. Come for the local music and the smell of grillrd chicken, stay for Franko and his grill.
