We fulfilled a lifetime ambition of purchasing an apartment in Cannes two years ago. It had not been updated since its construction over 40 years ago and needed a complete gut job, including to create an open kitchen, expand and renovate two bathrooms, fit in a new bedroom, install AC and completely update the plumbing and electrical systems. Residing in the USA most of the time this task was quite challenging and required a construction firm that could be relied upon to deliver a quality product with minimum oversight -- we visited the construction only twice and primarily to choose and order material. Shazad Construction managed the whole process impeccably and on budget, going beyond our expectations in terms of service and attention to details. We love our new apartment and have enjoyed staying there each visit during 2018. We have also been told by a realtor that after this renovation the market price of the apartment has increased by about twice the construction costs, which is an unexpected bonus and reflects the excellent job they did. We would recommend Shazad Construction to anyone interested in renovating their property in South of France.
