The hotel is a bit old. Also, the walk can be quite long and tiring to the park. However, when compare the prices between this hotel and Disneyland Hotel is already much less expensive.

Had a lovely 3 night stay. No complaints. Check in was easy and staff friendly. We had a double room near hotel facilities. It was clean and the kids loved the woody and Jesse theme. Beds were comfortable and hotel breakfast had a good selection. We preferred to walk to and from the parks, took us 10mins with the kids in the pram. Would recommend staying here and the use of magic hour is a bonus.

We had a lovely holiday, hotel is within walking distance of the Disney park so very easy. The rooms were nice and comfortable but few things could have been better for example: shower dripping, bathroom fan not working and would have loved to have a mini fridge in the room as it was extremely hot weather and no cold water and more water should be supplied. When you have children this is essential.

We came in very late as spent the day in one of the parks. There was always someone at the reception which made it easy even at night. Unfortunately there was a mix up with our rooms but the problem was dealt with quickly and efficiently and we have been rewarded for our patience too. The feel of the hotel is amazing, such a western style, amazing to walk on the "streets" between the rooms, the reception area looked fantastic too. The room was Toy Story theme which our daughter absolutely loved and was memorised by. Everything was super clean. The food in the morning was very fresh and there was a huge variety of dishes to choose from. In the hotel reception there was also a possibility to meet Jessie and take pictures with her which was very special. Overall we are very pleased as it definitely added to our overall experience.

We booked one of the more reasonable priced hotels at Disney so we could get a hotel on site. We had not planned for the heatwave we endured during our visit.||The hotel has brilliant theming. The rooms are very much as shown in the pictures. Rooms are cleaned daily and plenty of amenities in room. There are lamps and lights, and most importantly air conditioning (strong enough to keep room cool, just about). We did pay the little bit extra to be near amenities and that was excellent, right next to the main area and also the shuttle bus stop. Making it easy to get about. No sound or voices were heard from other guests either||Important to note is there is no pool, we were aware of this and knew we couldn’t use another hotel pool, but had no plan to return to the room. The bus was right outside the room. However be aware that it’s a further 10-15 min walk from bus stop to the parks.||The best thing about this place though has to be the staff. They were so polite and helpful

Myself, partner and our two children stayed at this hotel last month, April 2026. The whole set up and theme of the place is AMAZING! Much better than a standardised hotel room. ||The staff are brilliant and all in good spirits! Check in was super easy. We arrived at 12pm, dropped our bags off and headed straight to the parks. We checked in later on in the day, had an hour or two in the room and back to the parks! ||The room itself is wonderfully themed. Lovely and clean, my two made a mess with their snacks! And we had fresh bedding daily. We had two double beds in our room. ||There is a bar, restaurant and shop onsite, as well as a fabulous Starbucks! ||Or children were in prams, so the walk to Disney village literally took 10 mins, and it was a beautiful walk. We didn’t get the shuttle bus at all, as we were lucky and had beautiful sunny weather! ||Water fountain right by our room too.|Honestly, book this place! It’s amazing.

Location was great, you could walk to the park in 15 mins, shuttle bus took 5mins!||Hotel was clean but basic, nice themed room, my little one loved it! It doesn’t scream luxury but we wasn’t in the room for very long anyway 🎢||There was a Starbucks on site, and a gift shop. Occasionally there was also pony rides for the little ones which were a bit hit! ||No noise interference at all, away from the road and didn’t hear any other guests. ||Breakfast was nice! I would say we done magic hour each day so breakfast was an early start, we didn’t see any characters during breakfast but I know woody made an appearance later on one of the days. ||Atmosphere was nice, country western feel and our room was down a little ranch style street keeping with the theme from start to finish. ||Staff really helpful! We accidentally left our car key in the hotel safe and hours after check out the staff helped us get it back in a rush before transfer !

We stayed here as a family of 4, with 2 young children. We loved this hotel, the theming is great, especially if have a Toy Story fan! All the staff at the hotel were so friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious enough, with enough storage for our things. There is a small safe but we couldn't get it to work. The rooms were tidy and house keeping comes daily. There are free shuttle buses to the Disney parks, which runs throughout the day. Although it is only a short walk to the park which we found easier than waiting for buses at buiser times of the day.
