Today, May 16, 2026, me and my friend Artur arrived at the Zara store in Cannes (9 Rue d’Antibes) at exactly 20:00 after specifically checking Google Maps in advance, which clearly stated that the store was open until 20:30. We came with the clear intention to make purchases and already knew exactly which items we wanted to buy. We even explained to your staff that we only needed two minutes to quickly collect the items we had already selected earlier. Despite this, we were refused entry. The staff was extremely unfriendly, dismissive, and showed absolutely no willingness to help or even listen. The doors were closed in front of us while the store was still officially supposed to be open. This situation genuinely upset us. What was most disappointing was not only the refusal itself, but the complete lack of respect and professionalism from a brand with Zara’s reputation and international standing. We ask you to specifically investigate this incident, including reviewing who was responsible for closing the store early today around 20:00, and we also expect appropriate compensation for the inconvenience and disrespect we experienced. If the actual closing time is earlier than advertised, then customers should not be misled by incorrect information online.

The staff ignores you completely and let you just stand there waiting like an idiot while the three of them chat with one another, like you're an annoyance. They won't say "bonjour" either, and they're the only rude people I've met this week and I've been in Menton, Monaco, Nice, Cannes, and Grasse.

So rude and unprofessional ,i paid by cash They gave me exchange a 20 euros bill which was damaged and at the beginning i didn’t notice it,then i went to change it she gave me an attitude Very disrespectful she told me you should check it at the beginning then i told them i will call the police,then they pretended they don’t care and the manager came,she threw a new20 euros on the counter and said bye Ive never seen such a rude and disrespectful person

Visited Cannes Zara. cashier wouldn't give me a receipt? I had bought a blouse. Later same week bought navy trousers and had great customer service. Prefer Nottingham store, so helpful..

Extremely rude manager and security. I was accused of stealing a bag that I had purchased in Paris the week prior. It was full of my wet beach towel, wet swimmers, covered in marks from the beach that day etc. I was told it was their stock and they would take it from me. Held at the door and made a scene about. They refused to look at the security cameras. They could speak English and started with English but then only spoke French to me. I do not understand French so not helpful. I had to tell them that it would be stealing from me if they took the bag. They were laughing and smiling at me when they got the manager as if they had just caught me red handed, demanding a receipt. Which I obviously didn’t have as I bought the bag last week and was using it!! Extremely rude, arrogant staff. After all of that we were just waved off as if we were the rude people in the scenario. I was a big fan of Zara but after the way I was treated I will not be returning.

Extremely rude personal that worked today around 17:10 at the cash register, in men’s department. Disrespectful, no politeness at all. I didn’t speak French and they were laughing and speaking French with each other, as well staring at me at the same time. The one with fake lashes, and dark hair shouldn’t work at customer service at all. It felt like she was making me a huge favour by serving me.

Super. From the first try, I found the jeans that fitted me very well. Comfortable changing rooms, helpful staff. They also have a system of autonomous payments, no need to stand in a long queue
