All in all, the hotel is good. To highlight is the location which is rather central and very well connected to the major metro lines. If you are up for a walk it's only 20 to the Louvre or Champs-Elysees. To highlight is also the girl for night reception on the night from 09/05 to 10/05/2026. She helped us with the Check-In and explained all the sufficient information very detailedly and friendly. Our room was cosy, the bed was super comfy and clean (except for the last night in which we devastatingly had blood on our bed sheets) and the bathroom was okay. The shower/water pressure needs improvement. On the other hand the rest of the reception staff was okay however, the guys from this morning (13/05) did not help us out at all with some questions we had for our journey back to Charles de Gaulle Airport. They seemed very disinterested, didn't care, barely understood our English and our complain about the bloodied sheets didn't find any open ears. The hotel is a bit of a maze which is fun but can get tiring as well. Money for Value is not fully given. For a price of 640€ for 4 nights I do not expect to be put in the last corner of Floor 5 and have an unrenovated bathroom. The pictures from the website give higher expectations than deserved.

Really clean hotel. The staff is lovely and I really like the location, in the middle of Paris with a bunch of bar around. It’s a typical Parisian Hotel, with great architecture. The only cons was the shower pressure and amenities in the room that could be better (no pressure + old hair dryer not really efficient).

Reasonably well located hotel. Convenient for main line & metro. In an interesting historical building in an area with plenty of restaurants.|Had 2 double rooms. Furniture mostly damaged with doors hanging-off. Room safes had both been destroyed & therefore no in-room security. Neither room was cleaned during our stay nor was there any replacement of consumables (towels, drinks etc.)

Location is was good , tad far from main tourist attractions but walkable & has great metro right out front & bus stops too close by. Very busy neighbourhood lots to see & eat. It’s a good neighbourhood especially for exploring the streets & lots to see , we did like the area but we chose a standard room & floor plan is tight , good robes for clothing & lots of eateries around & just to browse too. It has life this neighbourhood, to stay close to the main tourist attractions you’re paying $$$$$$ & this was reasonable still expensive for mid October but it’s Paris. If your a light sleeper as I am, very very noisy street below as it’s in a vibrant busy neighbourhood & lots of bars going to all hours into the morning & I could hear the people in next room talking. My hubby didn’t mind it but I’m not a city girl. Nice Comfortable double bed. Not much room around bed it’s fine we only slept in the room. The receptionists especially the two young gentleman were amazing at the front desk & very helpful too. Great service. Shower quite slippery & a small step down be very careful & the small shower was great for petite people like me . You just have to check floor plans of rooms. I felt I needed to grab hold of rail in shower to step down small step only but as anything when tiles are wet it becomes slippery. Breakfast buffet was ok.

The overall experience is average but justified by the price. The location is convenient and the receptionist was welcoming and helpful. The room is spacious but dusty and the bed sheets are stained. The bathroom was very spacious and clean.

I stayed for two nights (250 per night) and I had a quite small room. It's a 3 star hotel. Bed, bathroom are clean but all together it's small. There was a device that looked like an airco but it wasn't really cooling the temperature down. It was quite hot (with outside 30 degrees during the day). Though I stayed at the third floor I heard at night regulary the sound of a passing train, metro or whatever it was. Breakfast was quite simple a for me tastless. You'd better go outside and find a nice bistro to have a better and tastier experience.

Great hotel in a perfect central location in Paris. It’s situated inside a charming historic passage, which makes the entrance unique and adds a special Parisian atmosphere. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. It’s very close to the metro, shops, and restaurants, making it easy to explore the city on foot. Rooms can be a bit small, but that’s quite normal for Paris, and the overall experience is very good for the price. Highly recommended for a short stay, great location, good service, and excellent value.

Location was really good and not far away for the highlights and for the train station. Good breakfast. And providing some free snack and drinks on 2pm-10pm. Staff were really nice and friendly welcoming . Room was really little space.but very clean. Room service clean every day on request. I can really recommend it!
