Stellar wines, great place and amazing people. I would certainly consider this place a must-go if planning a trip to Alsace. The French-Danish couple makes some truly lovely wines, and they are more than willing to show you every aspect of their trade. What especially struck me, apart from their backyard wineyard and medieval stone-masoned buildings, was their total lack of commercial yeast in the production of unique wines. I would especially like to recommend their Bollenberg Riesling and oak-matured Pinot Gris.
