Excellent customer service! The form was easy to stamp at the kiosk at customs before leaving France and then completing it when I returned to the US. Any questions I had were responded to rapidly by email. The money was returned to my credit card within the 4 weeks as specified on the form.

I asked them to switch tax refund method to credit card from cash on purchases during traveling in Paris. I exchanged several e-mails to prove the documents with them. I was very impressed with their every quick feedback. They took care of my ask, so I could get tax refund full amount soon on my credit card. I am very appreciate their all works for me. Especially to Coline, assistante administrative, she is the best.

I DO NOT understand my bank statement wasn’t approved for my address proof outside of EU. What else you approve then? App asked me BACK of the statement so I need to ask my family member to send it me(even photo from album can’t upload which is very troublesome and annoying) Tried many times not working… wasted all my time till last minute to go through gate. I wish shop stuff just gave me a form I could just scan at airport. Customer service quickly responded but still they said can’t find my profile. No idea. Coz they didn’t approve my address. DO NOT USE IT.
