Their agency is my favorite (after multiple failed attempts with other agents), he and his team have positive attitude and they are always available to answer any questions. Another plus is that they work with a fixed rate.

I would like to thank Sebastien and his team for organising the sale and completion of my mother's apartment in Antibes. It was so refreshing to work with a team that were able to navigate me through the process and also as I don't speak French that was a bonus. From my first meeting with Sebastien he advised on the best way to arrange and style the flat, as there was a lot of items that needed to be decluttered from the house, basically 30 odd years of possessions. I couldn't have asked for such a helpful team to advise with other services outside the brief, such as house clearance and storage facilities etc. Once the flat was ready for the photography, the property was marketed to a very high standard. Through out this, every viewing was reported back which was brilliant. Went to view a house and then made an offer. We were then asked if we wanted to increase the offer as two people had made a higher offer at the same price. The agent did not tell us what figure would buy the house. We asked to be informed if the offer was accepted and had no response to this. We followed up with an email 3 days later and still no response. As we had no response after a week we dropped a letter to the sellers house explaining this. Then a very rude message left by the agent the following day to my wife, saying we had not sent emails and we could not contact the seller direct (buyers and sellers can contact who they want if an agent does not respond to them) If a buyer doesn't know if the offer is accepted what should they do. If you do not know what price will buy a house, how can you make the offer that will buy it. As a seller you pay an agent to get the best price for you, this didn't happen for the people who were selling this house. (all of the above was conducted in French) In response to the comments: Any business owner who uses an emoji, rather than picking up the phone to talk, demonstrates the points raised are correct.
