We stayed here just a few days ago and wow what a fantastic hotel. Staff were brilliant. Breakfast was fantastic plenty of options, very clean and relaxing setting to eat. The room had two bathrooms which was a suprise to us but super handy. Room was spotlessly clean and comfortable for our needs. We used the Disney shuttle service which was so handy and easy to use, we didn't have to wait but it may be busier at exact park open/close times. We definitely plan on staying here again if we return to Paris.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. We couldn’t fault anything. We stayed in the premium double room which was a great size for us 2. We spent most of the day at disney which was only a 5 minute drive away (if that) which the hotel provides a free driver to take you there. We would 100% come back when we come back to Disney in the future! I was scared about it being noisy due to the road from others reviews however this was not an issue at all for us, and we were placed in a quiet room at the rear of the hotel. Staff were amazing and the spa was great after a day at the parks! Thank you so much!

Just got back from a 3 night stay at the hotel. We booked it for the proximity to Disney, 2 adults 2 children. I can’t fault it. Lovely hotel, nice staff. Clean. The free shuttles to Disney are great, just ring them and they send them, it’s literally up the road, 5 minutes. We stayed in the junior executive suite. Was a great size, great balcony with a nice view of the area. We loved how they replenished waters, snacks and drinks even wine! Thanks for a memorable stay.

Overall, I have had a very positive experience. The room is impressively quiet and clean, providing a very comfortable atmosphere. I also find the location to be excellent; being so close to the RER A station is incredibly convenient for travel. Furthermore, your shuttle bus service to Disneyland Paris is very well-organized and has made my trips to the park seamless. I do, however, want to mention one small issue with the bathroom design. Because there is no shower curtain, the floor tends to get quite wet after a shower. I thought you might like to know this, as it can make the tiles a bit slippery. While I haven't had the chance to try the spa facilities, the rest of my stay has been wonderful, and the staff have been very helpful.

A fantastic stay at Relais Spa. On recent trips we had found housekeeping and maintenance was going downhill and the penny pinching was being felt but this time it was much more positive. We had a great stay, the room was clean and nothing was broken! The salt/pepper and dishwasher tablets were even back (although no hand soap or washing up stuff). We didn’t get our teabags replaced on our whole trip but did get new water each day which was much appreciated. Reception and the old members of concierge were as lovely as always.Hotel looked beautiful for Christmas.I’m sad after 18 months the pool/spa still remains unavailable to disabled guests. They never tell you on the website that this is inaccessible, nor at check in or even when wheeling into the area. You just get the nice surprise that the lift doesn’t work and you have to do stairs if you want to access the area. For the first year they had a sign on saying it has been broken since May 2024 but now there’s not even a sign to let you know! There’s never a mention that you can’t fit a wheelchair into the twin access room. I always book a suite and forgo a shower as I can get my chair into them unlike the access rooms- rather ironic! Over all a fantastic stay and I look forward to returning in 2026

Very good location for Disney. Beautiful hotel with modern decor and immaculately clean. We had a junior room(2 rooms with kitchenette and 2 bathrooms) so perfect for a family. Myself and 3 children. Spa facilities great addition to the package. Train station to central paris and airport 3 mins walk and Shopping mall also 3 mins walk. Great food shop very close walking proximity. Zeytin, Turkish/Lebanese cuisine very god quality and clean. I will most certainly recommend this hotel to friends and family visiting Paris or Disney and I would love to come back. Rooms were changed daily and amenities restored.

Perfect for Disneyland Paris |Party of six we had a family suite and double room next to each other.|We enjoyed the calm of the hotel and location after the madness at Disney .|The transfer to the park was amazing and never waited more than a few minutes.|We returned at 4 for the family swim time and had dinner in the local restaurants. One called wonderwoods that was immersive the children loved it . A real treat without the crazy prices at Disney. We would then return to Disney for the evening feeling relaxed and refreshed . Ride times were shorter and then watched the late shows. |We felt it was good value and a bit of luxury for the adults dressing gowns and slippers .|Booked breakfast great buffet before heading to Disney . The staff were helpful and professional. Highly recommend

We recently stayed at this fab hotel for 3 nights with our 4 and 1 year old when we visited Disneyland Paris. I can’t recommend it enough! Gorgeous entrance and reception area as soon as you enter. And someone to take up your bags to the room. We had a gorgeous room with kitchen and dining table, pull out bed in one room, then in another a big double bed and bathroom and an extra bathroom which was more than we expected! Rooms so comfortable, spacious and clean after a full days in DLP this is just what we needed. There is a free shuttle to and from the park each day, little mini bus taxi’s so much nicer than a bus. Never had to wait more than a couple of mins each time and all included in the price which was amazing! There is a lovely pool and bar area which we didn’t have a chance to use but definitely will next time. We got room service one night which was also lovely! Perfect location for DLP, 5 min drive door to door! I have recommended to all my friends who are planning a Disney trip & we will be back!
