The food tasted delicious! I ordered the sausage risotto and my mom ordered the artichoke salad. My only complaint was that we were sitting next to a loud group, so it was difficult to hear ourselves talk and to enjoy the moment, but I understand that is not the restaurant’s fault.
Underrated restaurant. Amazing food. Great service (English also works). Seafood is all fresh, well cooked, and perfectly seasoned. We arrived around 6 and barely wait for food. Highly recommend for visitors who would love having early dinner.
Dear Management of Papanico's Antibes, I am writing to formally bring to your attention a deeply disappointing experience my friends and I had at your restaurant this past Saturday around 8:00 PM. As frequent travelers who have dined at various restaurant tiers worldwide, we have never encountered such a severe lack of professionalism and basic human empathy as we did from your staff. From the moment we arrived, it was evident that the staff’s attitude toward us—an Asian and Arab group—was visibly cold and unwelcoming. In stark contrast, we observed the same staff being exceptionally warm, smiling, and attentive to white American tourists. Furthermore, we noticed a clear disparity in service. Although our table arrived before a nearby table of white customers, and both groups ordered starters, they received their main courses well before us. When we politely asked a staff member to check on our food, we were met with a dismissive and exhausted attitude. While we understand that restaurant work is demanding, fatigue is no excuse for bias or poor service. The situation escalated when we walked to the bar. A female staff member completely lost her composure and rudely told us, "You are not the only ones in this world that we have to serve." Throughout this entire ordeal, not a single apology was offered. While I am not seeking a forced apology at this point, the complete lack of accountability from your team speaks volumes about their lack of hospitality heart and emotional maturity. Every job is exhausting, but professionalism requires managing one's emotions and treating every customer with dignity. I am sharing this feedback in the hope that you, as the owner, will take this matter seriously. It is disheartening to feel discriminated against and treated as "less than human" in this manner. I hope you will address this with your team to ensure that future guests are treated with the equality and respect they deserve.

We were served by Valentin who was really nice. The food was lovely too. We had to wait a little while to be served when we sat down, despite the restaurant being quiet, but apart from that it was nice, I would return

Absolutely amazing restaurant! The setting is stunning, the lobster pasta was perfection, and the pistachio crème brûlée is a must-try. Paired beautifully with great wine — truly an unforgettable experience. Don’t miss out! 🍷🦞✨
Service and atmosphere very good. Desserts good, but main courses (linguine carbonara and linguine with prawns) not great. Didn't appear to be freshly served, sauce was a bit lacking and could have been hotter. Couldn't fault the staff.
