We went on January 7th for their big sale and we were able to get a few pairs of kicks for a great deal. The staff were very accommodating since we don't speak French. Also, the Manager was great, he helped us out on a few occoasions and we went back for more deals. Great service and great staff. 👍
Nike women section was closed because two merchandise girls were taking pictures of the store and didn't want any people in the frame. They were casually chatting and chilling, while taking pictures for 20 minutes, they were not in rush by any means. Didn't expect this kind of ignorance towards the customer. Making me wait 20 minutes for their convenience. Will also submit claim to Nike head office, this is not how brand should be presented in the store
Very disappointed, the staff was rude and unprofessional. It's a shame for the brand of this store, which I think wants to serve their clients in the best way possible. Employ good staff, dedicated people not what you have now.
Camilia (that's what she said her name is, maybe she lied) at the cash was rude and impolite. She does not know how to handle customers and is clearly in the wrong line of work. Her colleagues also witnessed how rude she was on 24 th March evening just after 7 pm when I was paying for the pair of shoes I just bought. While playing by card, the card machine asks the customer for a review before the payment. I asked her what it means as being a foreigner JD Sports shouldn't expect them to understand what is written in French. Camilia shouted at me and ruined the shopping experience. When I asked her name, she behaved rudely as well asking if I would complain to the general manager. Maybe she did not know how far I would take it. Honestly she shouldn't be working there and probably won't soon.
We had a super experience at this store . One of the staff (Lisa ) was so patient and helped us to find the shoes we like.
Bought the new NB shoes as a present for my father’s birthday. After having paid, it appears I had to change the size. Once I asked for the gift ticket, it was impossible to reissue it, neither to reimburse it. They held me back the old gift ticket from the garbage, very wrinkled. Only choice: keep the shoes and offer it with the wrinkled ticket (???) Service not helpful at all and they didn’t even care that it was a present and my family doesn’t live in Nice… not nice support
Really bad customer service! Is unbelievable we waited arround 30 minutes for try a couple of shoes but staff didn’t bring us the shoes, finally he give us the wrong shoe and he refused to bring us the good size because the shop was closing.
Staff not focused, very lame and distracted, especially on the ground floor. You always have to call them and make a follow up. Then at the cashier, suddenly the children shoe was lost. They kept on trying to give us another pair and we kept on explaining that's the wrong pair and wrong size. Then when I wanted to check my shoe, to make sure it's the right size, the cashier acted weirdly, took the box from me and said I could only take one shoe at a time. I figured she was scared I would steal them? In front of my child and husband I would run out the store? Then three cashiers started gossiping in French about us, that all was complicated? That's when we said we wouldn't get anything at all, since they sold our sons shoe to someone else. We didn't want to spend more than 200 Euro so effortless to staff that made us feel as we were the ones who were annoying. No sense for people at all.
