The worst agency I have ever seen! Avoid them at any cost! Had humidity problems for 2 years, the person that was handling rentals changed so many times, no follow up! And at the end you they keep your deposit without justification. They do not answer calls and emails ! Same for the owner of the apartment, quite disappointed of this agency.

I have owned my apartment for 20 years and in that time CItya have been appalling. Never doing anything asked. Taking forever to fix the front door. Appointing a painting company whose work was already peeling off by the time they decided I needed to pay more money as they has miscalculated the first time. And now many years later, it is still falling off and we still don't have the rework. Shocking and I will be talking to the other tenants to change

The worst agency I've ever tried. Service with fake smiles just want to steal your money from the guarantee that kept for more than 2 months! The telephone service is also with Super Bad attitude. The agent Sebastian is also a bad guy. When you need his help, he usually pretends that he doesn't receive the email. He only tries to describe how dirty your room is and chisel your money. Since you have no legal protection, you can only do what he asks. And, of course, pay more and more before you leave. These savages are not educated confirmed. :)

I am very happy with the responsiveness by Citya. The issues where I have contacted them has quickly been solved.

J’ai appelé Cytia pour avoir des renseignements et faire des visites, au même titre que d’autres agences… pour le coup, Cytia sort du lot, que ce soit Nice ou Antibes : réponses claires données, le lien est gardé tant que l’objectif n’est pas atteint… et surtout, trop sympa les équipes ! Un vrai accueil chaleureux, qui semble sincère et non commercial. Écoute + Échanges + Services = TOP ! Alors même que la transaction n’a pas aboutit !
