SCI GINEPARU SUPRANU

Terribly deceiving, beware! Terrible owner and host! positives:It´s about 200m from the beach. Washing machine. Disliked : The host was terrible, rude! Not able to take care of our needs. The house is very deceiving from the photos. The main room is an interior room- no window!!! The A/C in that room does not work, it isn´t even connected, it´s broken! (other a/c in the house was ok). Bathroom very old and smelly. The water almost didn´t run in the faucet, I had to use two table forks to remove the faucet filter, as the host refused to solve the problem. I had to fix the toilet seat, as it was badly mounted and impossible to use. The toaster was broken, only replaced it 3 days later. No products or tools to clean/wash. The electricity circuit is very limited: you can only use one or two appliances at a time. Swimming pool is very dirty and almost always closed when the kids wanted it (at stated open times). The apartment door is broken and dangerously vulnerable to burglar access. The door could easily be forced open by a 10yr old kid! It is advertised as having free parking on site, there is parking for less than half of the tenants! The street access a terrible and smelly back alley dirt road, full of pot holes. When it rains, it´s almost impossible to walk around. No exterior lighting at all, looks threatening. The building stairway is always dirty, not cleaned at all during our stay. We were a family of 4, 13 and 16yr old kids. I´m only writing this long negative review, because the host was terrible and even rude, and the property owner refused to compensate us for all the things that were wrong. Looks good in photos, but don´t go there...It´s a fraud!!! (the previous review giving 10 points is clearly a fraud also!). I´ll be giving them bad publicity everywhere, google, trip advisor, booking, etc...have lots of photos to prove what I´m saying! They made me really mad, can´t you tell? It´s supposed to be a vacation... :(

Bon accueil, très bon emplacement proche centre de l’île Rousse et de la plage. Quant à la résidence, un bon nettoyage serait appréciable , espaces un peu trop encombrés, le bâtiment a bien vieillit et l’accès en voiture est à améliorer. piscine de bonne dimension mais la peinture du fond a bien souffert , logement correct sans grande prétention .

Photos du site prisent certainement a la création de la résidence ; La réalité est que celle-ci est vieillissante et très peu entretenue, la piscine et ses abords manquent sérieusement d’hygiène. Résidence envahit par des dizaines de chats entretenus par les propriétaires, des tortues sur une des terrasses de la villa ( donc inutilisable) et pour terminer, une carcasse de vache en décomposition au niveau du fil à linge ! Conclusion invasion de moustiques, de fourmis ,etc...Cependant résidence très bien située et propriétaire accueillant mais qui laisse malheureusement son site à l’abandon!

Nous venons depuis 7ans en famille. Toujours le même très bon accueil. Situation idéale : piscine dans la résidence, 100 m bord de mer et centre ville à 10 min à pied.
