We have visited Courchevel many times over the years, and after countless incredible experiences in this magical ski town, we can say without hesitation that Les Arielles has set a standard that surpasses every hotel we have ever stayed at, anywhere in the world. This was, simply put, the greatest hotel stay of our lives. Breakfast deserves its own standing ovation. The spread, the quality, the presentation, and the warmth with which it is served made every single morning feel like a special occasion. The ski room is an absolute dream and one of the most thoughtfully curated spaces we have ever encountered at a mountain property. The amenities provided there are so sweet and so well considered, catering to every need before, during, and after a day on the slopes. The attention to detail reflects a genuine understanding of what skiers actually want and need. The spa and pool are nothing short of extraordinary. Whether winding down after a full day on the mountain or treating yourself to a slow, indulgent afternoon, both spaces deliver a truly world-class experience. Every visit felt restorative and luxurious in equal measure. The staff, across every single touchpoint, were exceptional. From the team in the ski room to the wonderful people working in the gift shop, every interaction was warm, genuine, and deeply memorable. The entire staff carried an energy that made us feel genuinely cared for from the moment we arrived to the moment we checked out. The in-room experience was unbelievable. Every single day of our stay, the hotel surprised us with incredible gifts left in our room. It felt less like a hotel stay and more like being hosted by someone who truly wanted to delight you at every turn. On top of that, the minibar was exceptional, stocked beautifully and thoughtfully, a real treat to come back to after a day on the slopes. I wouldn't stay anywhere else! I've stayed at one of the Les Airelles chalets or in the hotel itself every year since 2018. The service is outstanding. The staff is by far the best staff anywhere in the world. The buffet is by far my favorite of all the restaurants in Courchevel. Yes....the BUFFET. ||||This past trip we had an amazing chalet manager, Laurie. All the little touches around the chalet with the flowers, the food and the personalized service was unmatched. She was there for every arrival and departure, no matter the time. We saw her all hours of the day popping in to check on everyone. Speak kindly to her staff, and ask them if everything was okay. She arranged transportation to the medical clinic when we had some unfortunate knee injuries. And arranged for Dr visits for the other various illnesses friends arrived with. Truly....the BEST manager we've had....and we've had some really good ones since 2018. She made our trip very special and it wouldn't have been as enjoyable without her.

We visited Les Airelles for the dessert buffet and had a truly wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, we were treated with exceptional kindness and grace by the staff. Charles, in particular, stood out for his attentiveness and warmth. He was incredibly helpful, took the time to guide us through the dessert selection, and made thoughtful recommendations that helped us choose the very best desserts. His attention to detail and genuine care really elevated the experience. I would 100% recommend for anybody visiting Courchevel!

It's incredibly comfortable, and the details are incredible.||2) Impeccable, proactive, and highly personalized services - our chalet manger LAURIE was AMAZING. She knew what we needed or wanted before we even said a word. She was at the door for every arrival and departure. Believe me with over 30 guests over the course of our stay, that is truly amazing. Several arrived at 2am or left at 4am. She even popped her head in the door to check on us during her vacation and her days off. The rest of the staff was also great. They knew our personalized coffee orders in the morning and when we arrived for breakfast it was in our hands within minutes. The flower arrangements that LAURIE did personally from other spent bouquets were an added touch. There are so many things that LAURIE did for us that it's difficult to tell them all.||3) superior facilities - the chalets are amazing with their own movie theater, game rooms, kids area, spa, pool, cold plunge, hot tub, and workout room. The hotel's game room isn't just for kids, there is an adult area as well. The ski room is the best opening up right on the ski slope. I don't know how i will go back to skiing in the US because I won't be able to put my own boots on or

2 times in phone they tell us ur welcome to come to the lobby for coffee and deserts as its walk in only, and once we reach they say no ur not welcomed u need to make reservations or u should be living in hotel. While in phone the told us its fine u can come. Very rude stuff and un professional. When we asked for the manager the guy Hugo told us he’s not available to meet you. Was planning to come for next time to stay in this hotel. But now never coming again neither me or my friends. UNPROFESSIONAL

Unacceptable service and appalling attitude. Our entire day was ruined due to sheer incompetence. We were instructed to be ready for an activity at 12:30, yet we were left waiting for over 40 minutes with no explanation. The delay was caused by a mistake made by the staff member in charge, which ultimately resulted in the activity being cancelled altogether—our day wasted for absolutely nothing. What made the situation even worse was the attitude of the person responsible. Instead of offering a basic apology or attempting to resolve the issue, he reacted with arrogance, smirked, and showed complete indifference. Not once did he take responsibility or try to make things right. We had clearly informed him that we would step away briefly for a coffee and return at the agreed time, yet this was either ignored or mishandled entirely. This level of unprofessionalism and lack of accountability is shocking for a hotel that claims to offer quality service. The experience reflects very poorly on management and raises serious concerns about how guests are treated when something goes wrong.
