Excellent shop, pre-booked and a quick qr code scan and it was all sorted. It's open until 7pm so you can go after skiing and pick up the day before. Easy returns too.
I made an error when hiring ski equipment, by booking 1 day to many. I realised mid-week and went into the store to rectify. The store helped me call head office who refused to provide a days refund. Very poor service for a simple error. (2 stars at this point) I have increased my review stars rating, as they contacted me after the reviews and have provided me with a refund. Thank you. (Now 4 stars).
Good quality, cheap and amazing service! This wasn’t the closest ski hire shop nor intersport to our chalet but it was the cheapest in the resort and the two woman in the store were so helpful! We have always hired with intersport in many different resorts so that’s why we went with them again and they were the same as always very helpful and polite, making sure you have the right equipment for your ability. Would 100% recommend!
Can't fault them. Prices were equivalent to other places in the resort.
