Very professional, clean and pleasant atmosphere. Suitable for couples giving you the privacy that you desire. Staff are very professional. They advise you if you are first time using hammam and check up on you during your time there. Don't forget to make an appointment before-hand because you get the place just to your self.

One of the best places to get a massage. They really took care of me. I had a gift voucher (sauna+scrub+massage) and she asks you what intensity you prefer. I had a perfect refreshment which I really needed thanks again!

Horrible experience – avoid at all costs! This spa was a complete disaster. The staff were shockingly rude, unprofessional, and even picked fights with guests. I’ve never seen such unacceptable behavior in a supposed wellness place. The facilities? Broken, outdated, and filthy. The service? Non-existent. On top of that, they lie about prices — even the receptionist didn’t know the real costs and acted like it was my fault for asking questions. Rude, careless, and completely incompetent. This was not relaxing, it was stressful, easily one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in any hotel or spa. Save your nerves and money, seriously.

It was awesome! I received a voucher from my team collegues for a prenatal massage. I was not sure what to expect but I can say the experience was amazing and the lady (too bad I didn't ask her name) was really good and knew what how to massage me. I felt as new after! Hope to have a new experience there again! Really recommend the place!

I love this place. The ladies create a very tranquil vibe in the wellness spa. They always have a great welcome for us. We have had time in the hammam and fabulous treatments this week. We are ready to relax and enjoy our holiday. Looking forward to seeing everyone again and we cannot wait to catch up again in September.
