Stayed in here for more than 1 time , this time the staff was super nice and gave us a big big room .

Reliable Stay at B&B D'Arcy Saint Quentin We booked this B&B Hotel with a clear understanding of what to expect, and it delivered on that standard. The experience was consistent with the brand's promise of practical comfort and good value. Check-in was friendly, even though there were some minor issues with our reservation. The staff handled it with a professional attitude, which we appreciated after a long day of travel. The room itself was tidy and functional, although there was a noticeable stain on the door and wall possibly from a spilled drink which took away slightly from the overall impression of cleanliness. That said, the bed provided good sleeping quality, and the room stayed reasonably comfortable despite the intense 40°C heat outside. One practical benefit is the availability of free outdoor parking. Guests also have the option of using a secured garage for €8 per night, which is a welcome convenience for those traveling by car. Overall, a solid choice for an overnight stay when passing through the area reliable, friendly, and budget-conscious.

SCAM hotel. Don't stay here if you don't want to lose money!!!! The hotel charged an additional 96 euros from my card, without explanation. (This is not a deposit for the room, as its amount must be 80). The hotel manager assured me that there had been a mistake and that my money would be refunded within the day. A month has passed - no money. Complete lack of desire on the part of management to solve the problem. As a result - hotel stopped responding to messages. Look for another place if you don't want to end up in the same situation as me.

Modern, new, quiet, and private hotel strategically located near Versailles and other touristic places. The rooms were clean with comfortable beds, and we had a great few on the roundabout. You can either park for free on the few spaces outside the underground parking which closes at night, or for a little extra payment you can get that extra security in the unground parking. At night you use the code you received to enter both areas. We were surprised at breakfast that there were no hot meals prepared e.g. eggs, sausages etc.. and you have to ask the person at the reception to make you some, which if you have a tight schedule isn’t possible. We did manage to get some hot meals on the 2nd day we stayed, which was comforting since the restaurant area is a bit cold also. The staff was friendly and helpful though. All in all a pleasant stay for a very good value.

Worst service ever. Very unfrendly pleople. After cancellation due to a total car robbery friendly and promissed to give our money back. Since then the accommodation has not been reachable. Our money is not refunded. There is no response to email. And not even to booking.com (with which it was booked).

Rooms are nice, a bit small but cosy, unfortunately had a bad experience with breakfast, not so great, staff(not all) was there just because,

I woud recommend B&B Bois d'Arcy for a few nights, clean, modern hotel, good parking, excellent value for money! the B&B chain looks good in different big cities. I wanted to book the one in Milan, B&B Portello, but unfortunately they do not answer my mails. Can someone of management help here, please?

Rooms are pretty shabby and worn down. Staff also not very friendly
