Room : The room was very clean and spacious. The AC was greatly appreciated. Service : The service with the administration was 10/10. We arrived hours in advance and had access to our room at arrival. Our friends’ room wasn’t ready and the staff offered to keep their luggage safely in the meantime. The service with the room service staff was more problematic since they spoke neither English nor French. It was hard to communicate our needs. Location : If you’re on foot and you plan to spend most of your time downtown Paris, the location is quite far. I highly recommend to get a metro pass (which can include the bus and RER and which can cover multiple days) instead of using the taxi or Bolt (Uber equivalent). Other : The equivalent of 50 euros per night will be retained and given back a couple of days after the end of your stay. You will have to pay a daily government tax. Ours was deducted from the money retained by the administration.

Stayed for 7 nights. The location was ok during the day, a little questionable at night. It was 20 minutes to central Paris by train (RER B), 25 minutes by Uber. We took the train to central Paris in the day and returned by Uber if it was late at night. Train was 7minute walk from hotel, super easy to access, comfortable, and very inexpensive. No great restaurants near the hotel and they all closed early. There is a mall directly across the street which was convenient for food, and groceries. If you’re on a tight budget this is a good hotel. It was so much cheaper than any of the arrondissments. I just wish the hotel room was a little cleaner and a little more updated. No major problems though. The staff was amazing and very helpful.

The receptionists are very friendly and try their best to fulfill the requests. The location is good as having a mall which is just across the road. Walking distance to the train station. Is located near to a friendly neighborhood.

Stayed here as part of our Europe Tour. This hotel was great. The rooms are modern and large. The bed was enormous and so comfortable. Best mattress I've slept on in a long time. The location from the city was a bit further from the main attractions but we caught an uber back at night so this was no problem. Highlight for me was I had left my drink bottle at breakfast and not realised until we had already left with our group for the day and wouldn't be returning until late that night. I contacted the hotel via email and within 1/2 hour received a reply that it had been found and would be held at reception until I returned. Fantastic customer service. Breakfast was delicious...those croissants are delicious and flaky. There is a hot selection as well as pastries, yoghurts, fruits and other cold savoury selections. Thanks for a great stay.

I’m a regular guest at Courtyard Paris Arcueil, and my recent stay on October 16th once again reminded me why this hotel feels like my second home. During check-in, I was warmly assisted by Mr. Tanjim, who greeted me with a genuine smile and said, “Welcome back, sir — welcome to your second home.” He had already arranged my favorite room with a terrace, which truly made me feel recognized and appreciated as a returning guest. On top of that, I was delighted to receive complimentary breakfast and bonus points for my stay — such a thoughtful gesture. The next morning, before I left Paris for another city, Mr. Tanjim kindly reminded me about a package that had arrived for me (which I had completely forgotten about!). His attention to detail and warm professionalism truly stood out. Overall, I’m genuinely impressed and grateful for the outstanding hospitality provided. Thank you, Courtyard Paris Arcueil — you truly made my day! I’ll definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and colleagues visiting Paris.

Helpful staff. Clean, modern rooms and comfy beds. A bit far from metro but can take bus which is around the corner. Shopping mall just outside hotel which is super convenient. Will happily stay again.

Not impressed by this hotel. The temperature in the room was low and it feelt cold even if I had set the thermostat to the highest setting. The water at the shower was also low. I used only hot water setting and it wasn't warm enough. The breakfast food was fine l.

Positives|- clean & modern but nothing special |- very quiet and peaceful room|- good location|- close to local transport ||Not so great|- expensive for what you get|- limited coffee / tea options in the rooms. No milk|- no minibar in the room ||Overall it’s an average hotel but a very expensive one. Peaceful, quiet rooms are really great and something I’d return for.
