Avoid at all cost, worst customer service ever. Extremely rude shop manager, no respect whatsoever. We payed for a ski wardrobe, for our convenience, when we went back the next morning, some of the equipment was missing, they told us that is not their problem. I would never rent from this shop ever. Despite the fact that I left all my equipment and went to rent somewhere else ( as the manager told ne "if you are not happy go rent somewhere else", so I did) they still charged me. Absolute joke of a management.

Really impressed with the service and equipment here. The staff is super friendly and helpful, making the whole experience a breeze. Plus, the prices are fair too. Definitely recommend!

Super friendly and knowledgeable service! Great gear for both skiers and snowboarders. The overnight lockers are very handy to pick up your skis or snowboard each morning at the bottom of the gondola rather than carry home.

Would recommend this place to everyone, and would come back here in a heartbeat! The owner is so friendly and helpful, very flexible and honest about gear recommendations. The shop is right by the lift and will store shoes and skies for €1.50 a day, so as a skiier it was great to only have a short walk at the end of the day in my boots, before being able to change into my own shoes and walk back to the hotel in comfort.

Friendly staff and good equipment to hire. Prices have risen significantly since last year, which was a bit of a disappointment (the owner changed), but they were still cheaper than their neighbors for a long ski hire.

Excellent service from the team at Skiset Briancon. It's the second time we have used them. My wife changed her skis and boots on Day 2 without any problem. Highly recommended.
