We found ourselves in a delightful cafe in the heart of Agen, perfectly situated to soak in the city's lively atmosphere. Our group of 11, eager to start the day, decided to challenge the cafe staff with 14 different coffee preparations, each more specific than the last. Ivan, our server, was nothing short of extraordinary. Amid the overlapping requests and intricate orders, he remained calm, focused, and incredibly attentive. His ability to flawlessly remember and execute each order, down to the last detail, was nothing short of remarkable. Ivan's exceptional service and dedication ensured that we began our morning on the perfect note. His impressive skill and professionalism truly set him apart, making our experience unforgettable.

Hello, During my recent visit, the waitress took a long time to serve the coffee for my friend and me. Additionally, she was also slow with the customers at the neighboring table, which led them to change cafés. The waitress’s service was below expectations in terms of both attentiveness and customer care. I hope this feedback is considered to improve the service.

We had some drinks outside. The service was OK, but the beer was very average (though not cheap) and the waiter did not offer a choice. The tables were grubby, and the ground was dirty with cigarette ends and other litter. Would not bother to stop again.

Terrible Irish coffee they gave me. It was the worst I've ever had – just blasted with sugar and with bland, low-quality whipped cream. At least they gave me a new (somewhat better) one when I complained.

Extremely rude waiters, your cups are going to be dirty and it will take you forever to be served. In the end you will also have to go inside to pay
