LIORS AN ESCOP

Unfriendly, unhelpful, unsmiling stressed reception staff. Although booked in and registered at 4* version I was shipped off to adjacent 3* hotel. No indication or explanation of where your room is, you are handed a key card and supposed to find your own way. This hotel didn't even warrant a 3* rating. My room was never cleaned, the bed was never made and the towels were never renewed. The only redeeming feature of this over priced hotel is the nearby beach.

Our visit in Douarnenez was very nice. However there’re many negatives points. The rooms are very expensive and for a 4 star hotel it lacks some improvements; there was no slipper, bathrobe or sanitary kit). We paid extra fee to have a sea view room but the window was extremely dirty and we couldn’t see the sea. We also also had a spa reservation but it was very difficult to reserve it on our own schedule. they reserved our slots and they don’t/can’t change it to fit our timing.

Situated on a fabulous unspoilt beach, our balcony had amazing view. Spa pool was amazing , filled with minerals etc. Only disappointment was that evening dinner unavailable every night, it appeared because of coach party bookings.

Nice staff, good breakfast. Spacious rooms, rooms without sea view are behind the main hotel. Room keys with pictures that do not fit today's times 😕

Lovely breakfast room & breakfast, only negative not many places to eat out on an evening locally

Had a wonderful time in this beautiful located hotel. The sound of the see is very inspiring. It's all about happiness, comfort and relaxation.

When ever this is 4 star ... we paid 400 € for two nights while a lot of things are not theway they should be even in a 3 star a would complain ... it's there job to make us a wonderful time but they just missed it ... you want to see more just ask me or read the other comments they are all right

Not worth the money spent here. The staff was friendly but the facilities were completely disappointing
