Excellent location , it took only 15 mins walk to the Village. Please do yourself a favor by paying a bit more to stay at the hotel part. We made a mistake of booking in the residence at first, and it’s disappointing. In the residence, the bungalow was small and it located waaay in the back of the area. It took a while to walk to the front gate. They didn’t clean your space daily either. Then, we moved to the hotel part. It was much better! The room was spacious and well-ventilated. The cleaning staff came everyday, although they did come too early (sometimes we need to skip the cleaning simply bcs we’re not awake yet!). It placed close to the entrance, however there’s no concrete road that leads to the bungalow. To access it, we need to walk through a field full of acorns and dry leaves! Inside the area, they offered a lot of entertainment. They have a big pool, sun chairs, foyer with a lot of seatings, a bar, a coffee machine(!), pingpong tables, even mini golf area and tennis courts! I also liked it that they provide laundry room with three well-functioning washing machines and dryers. You only need to pay 9 euros to activate the machines! Overall, we would return and immediately stay in the hotel part. They could do better, but we’re pretty satisfied for now.

Poor English at reception, check-out as early as 10am, needed to make my own bed and place the trash bags in the bins. The last thing you want to do after the tiredness of a long trip is to do the bedsheets and trashbins. The location and amenities are ok but too expensive for this type of poor service.

We all got some sorta of bug bites sheet wet woke up. We all woke up scratching and itchy. Rooms were quite large. The shower was not very pleasant. Nice thing about this was an access to a private beach with 7 min walks.

Great stay here. Really enjoyed the rustic area and peacefulness. Lots of free sports to do so always something to keep busy. Staff lovely, friendly and helpful. Food was fresh and tasty and lots of it! Certainly would return. Thanks to all, including a big one, to head office for helping with our reservation issues.

The most dirty apartment we stayed in. Rooms and bath really dirty. Dishes not clean. And dishwasher extremely dirty. We needed to clean our self before able to live there ore wait hours for cleaning personnel.

We had a fabulous family holiday here late May/early June. Very happy with the rooms, excellent food, great amenities, and very friendly and helpful staff. We were made to feel welcome throughout our stay, especially our two small grandchildren. It was especially nice to recognise some staff who have been there on our previous visits over the past 2 years. We love the outdoor dining area with the children's play area next to it. You have to watch out for the seagulls, though! Great to be able to walk down to the beach in about 10 minutes, too.

Vous prenez 3 nuits mais le parking est payant 12€/jour, donc la distance pour aller dans votre chambre est énorme avec deux bebes, dans l’appartement il y a rien, aucun kit de démarrage, pas de torchon, pas d’éponge, pas de liquide vaisselle, ni sel ni poivre : RIEN ! Pas de double vitrage sur toutes les chambres ! C’est vétuste et vieux, la douche était extrêmement sale avec des poils, la structure est pas entretenu et vieillotte, pire hotel de ma vie

Nous avons passer une agréable séjour. Premièrement, le fait d’être logé dans une maisonnette individuelle est un vrai plus. Pas de bruit de voisinage. L’équipement dans la maison, bien qu’un peu vieillot, fait largement l’affaire. (Frigo, congélateur, plaque de cuisson, lave vaisselle etc) Dommage seulement que les chaises à l’intérieur de la maison ne soit pas un peu plus confortable, on se s’en vite mal installé, notamment le soir si on veut regarder un peu la télé. Autre petit point négatif au niveau de la maison, l’équipe nous a fourni un lit parapluie pour la fille, seulement Sowell ne fourni pas de matelas pour bébé. Concernant l’extérieur, on a été mis dans une maison au fond de la résidence juste en face de la clôture et des arbres, nous n’avons donc pas beaucoup profité du soleil lorsque nous étions à la maison. Et pour finir, l’équipement pour la terrasse (table et 5 chaises extérieur) était sale lors de notre arrivé. Concernant les activités, vous avez la possibilité d’emprunter de l’équipement à l’accueil pour faire du tennis, mini golf, tennis de table etc. Je regrette un peu le manque d’activité pour les jeunes enfants, malgré le parc présent près du restaurant (celui ci est plus adapté au enfant à partir de 6 ans) La piscine est super, elle est grande et il y a beaucoup de chaises longue a disposition. Côté restauration, rien à dire, c'était parfait. Pas mal de choix dans les plats, toujours des légumes a disposition. L’organisation est bien rodée, dés qu’un plat vient à manquer, un membre du personnel vient le remplacer par un autre. Il y a une jolie place à quelques centaines de mètres de la résidence, très agréable elle aussi. Voilà malgré quelques points négatifs, nous avons apprécié notre séjour, et projetons de revenir.
