Had a lovely one night stay here as part of our touring holiday. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. First time we had someone run through the whole menu with us in English and explain everything to us. Food was very good and very large portions. Breakfast was also good. We had a lovely room overlooking the most gorgeous view of the lake, room 21. Everything looked pretty new and tastefully and thoughtfully done. I liked the fact that they had a radiator on a timer to dry your towels, I want to help the environment and re use them but it is often very difficult when your towels are wet the next day! Even the mirror was one of those with a built in light and de mister so you could use it after a shower. The room had air conditioning which worked well although ours kept making a weird sound every so often through the night which we forgot to report to the staff at check out, we slept through it but if you are a light sleeper it would definitely keep you awake. The bed was firm but comfortable, lovely bedding, pillows and nice towels. The parking was on private ground owned by the hotel just across the street and felt quite safe. There is a patio area for a drink and several areas with seating to enjoy the view. Would recommend.

I visited the restaurant, they serve delicious dishes, with a good atmosphere. It's seems a family business and the owners family is very pleasant and friendly people. We enjoyed a lot with both the food and the atmosphere! Regards to their chef!

Our room was really nice and directly overlooking the lake. This was a great way to wake up on the morning to a stunning view. The staff was really friendly and I wished we could have stayed more as we felt so comfortable and welcomed. The food was also excellent and similar to a tasting/fine dining experience.

Simply the best hotel I have ever stayed in! From the moment we were warmly greeted by the proprietor. A stunning setting with rooms with balconies overlooking the lake. Beautiful comfortable fresh rooms with equally fresh and lovely shower rooms. Evening meals were superb and service professional and so friendly. |Simply nothing negative to say about this establishment. |Wonderful!

Visited this restaurant for lunch with a family. The seating on the terrace is great, right by the lake. The service is great - friendly and amazingly fast! Our orders arrived almost instantly despite there being quite a number of other guests. The food is great. The prices are moderate, and the food is delicious and inventive. The fish isn’t overlooked, as it usually happens in restaurants at busy lunchtime. The beef cuts are of a very high quality, and if you like goats cheese, you must try their warm goats cheese salad! All in all, very highly recommended.

Set directly onto the side of one of the largest freshwater lakes in France. The view is amazing and this hotel would suit a romantic week-end. Seating area is outside or in for eating . The menus reflect local cuisine of fish, meat or veggie. Yum! Wine list offers choice and price and you will not feel "stung". Owners and staff are attentive, professional and very friendly. We loved them! We did not have a chance to look at the bedrooms, but based on the owners attention to detail, I suspect they will be first class. In the top ten of my favourite French Hotels. Amazing place and people.

Extremely expensive for a room with no air condition (when there are summer days of more than 40 degrees Celsius). The room is clean, the toilet unfortunately has the water tank in the room tough which makes a lot of noise during the night. The smell from the kitchen goes a lot in the rooms after 6 pm which makes it quite uncomfortable if one wants to sit on the balcony and enjoy the view. Food was pretty bad, so even if we had dinner included we choose to pay extra and eat elsewhere. To avoid.

Lovely setting by lake, quality food with exceptional service. We went for our anniversary with our two young daughters and had an amazing meal. Highly recommended!
