The staff was amazing: super nice, kind and helpful. There is a tram stop next to the hotel, which brings you directly to the city center. The room was renovated and in a very good condition. The parking is convenient and not expensive. Below I have stated some bullets for further improvement: - facial tissues were missing in the bathroom - the pillows were not very comfortable for us, but this is different for everybody - more vegetables could be offered on the breakfast buffet. We found only cherry tomatoes.

First day arrived room was stinking cigars, next day it was a little better. There where no rooms to change... Next day in another room, someone was smoking weed. So smoke detectors don't work. Cold rooms, need to have AC on to blow hot air and wifi is really slow.

Very nice place. Smiling staff. Hot bathroom, comfortable bed. The rooms are warm and clean. They have very good coffee for breakfast. Next to the hotel is the tram stop that takes you directly to the central part of the city. I recommend!

Great hotel with excellent service throughout. The receptionists were friendly and helpful, and all the facilities were top quality. The restaurant was a highlight — delicious food, warm atmosphere, and outstanding service from Jeremy, Gerardo, and Tristan. Highly recommended!

Ideally for a visit to Strasbourg: a tram next door takes you to the city. The hotel has a parking garage, fitted with chargers for EV's. The garage also contains a place to store bicycles locked up. Very recommended.

Unless you're intentionally seeking a digital detox, this slow and unreliable connection can be frustrating. The hotel's maintenance also seems to be lacking. Dirty carpets in the hallways and cobwebs in the rooms detract from the overall cleanliness and aesthetic appeal. While the separate toilet and bathroom arrangement can be a unique feature, it can also be inconvenient, especially for those who prefer a more traditional bathroom layout. Navigating the hotel, particularly if you're assigned a room in the second building, can be a bit of a maze. The location, while convenient for tram access, is also a downside, as it's situated 30 minutes away from the center of Strasbourg. Overall: The Boutique Hotel Strasbourg offers a mixed bag of experiences. While it has some strong points, such as its convenient location and wellness facilities, its significant shortcomings, especially the poor Wi-Fi and maintenance issues, can significantly impact your stay. A great experience!a dog welcoming hotel which was an ideal choice for us, also due to the direct tram connection with the city centre. Great places to eat around the hotel. Our room was a bit small, but quiet. Unfortunately, the steam sauna did not function when we used the spa, and we were not notified in advance that the hotel restaurant will be closed 90% of our stay, this is why the minor minus points. However, I do recommend them due to price/quality ratio.
