I would not recommend their repair services. The staff were very friendly and the helpdesk was very quick so I didn't suspect anything was wrong. I flooded my Samsung phone and had to replace the entire screen with the frame around it. The shop assistant told me I was lucky as they had original parts in stock. Unfortunately, after the repair, the screen had strange streaks that I thought would disappear over time. But it didn't. In fact, one day after returning from holiday, the screen stopped working and went black. When I went to an authorised Samsung service centre, I found out that the screen was a Chinese knock-off and that I had been fooled. I had to pay again for the repair and parts. This upset me because I had been misinformed by the Mega Phone in Cannes and was charged a lot of money for the parts, which I was assured were original. Unfortunately, I would not recommend their service.

While on holiday my iPad screen had shattered. By chance we walked in to the shop and were greeted with respect and advice that assured our device would be repaired within a few hours. Without question great service…. Great price…. Great solution all around!!

They claim that their screen protectors is high quality but in fact it is very cheap, got scratched and broken within a couple of weeks. Likewise for their iPhone glass case. Service was quite good (quick), but they need to increase the quality.

Great service, changed my front and back cover for my s10 as well as the battery. Had issues with the battery intially but the called the shop and they fixed it instantly... sometimes you just need to ask!
