The place has a nice décor and comfortable seating, and the overall vibe is pleasant. The staff are welcoming and always smiling, which I really appreciated—that’s why I gave a second star. However, when it comes to the service and food, the experience was disappointing. The service was very slow, and unfortunately the food was served cold and did not meet expectations. With a lot of improvements in these areas, it could be a much better experience. At the moment, I wouldn’t recommend it.

It’s very hard to write but I am very very disappointed about food I ordered 4 times but every time got some issues we can understand sometimes can happen but not again and again Today I order burger 🍔 steak and steak was totally burnt like black and nothing to eat and when we call them they are saying I have to contact Deliveroo which’s very disappointing now I will never again order at buffalo grill again 👎

Sanna was exceptional. Very kind service, prompt with orders, constantly checking in with a cheerful smile always. Food was exceptional. Had some nice marinated steak. Also welcomed with a complementary salad. Overall great experience and I highly recommend

My waitress, Audrey was very attentive. This time was a bit of a let down. Steak was quite tough but nevertheless not a bad experience. Have visited in the past and had a good experience so worth a try. I’d certainly give them another chance. Staff work hard so deserve tips IMO. Thanks for helping someone that does not speak French.
