The receptionist was brilliant 5 out 5 for her and the bed was great but the whole thing was spoilt by the sewage smell in the showeroom - Room 85

I had one night in this hotel, so I had limited experience of it. All I can say is, it was adequate. It had a shower that worked and a bed where I slept. Unfortunately, it didn't have a bar or restaurant, which, as it's quite isolated was an issue. There is a local bus service to town, 5 minutes from the hotel, or a train which is a 20 minute walk. There is a restaurant nearby that opens in the evening, that serves good food. The hotel offers a buffet style breakfast, but as buffets go, it is the bare minimum. The hotel staff were very friendly and efficient.

Excellent stay, everything was great, from breakfast to mattresses. Very clean and dark rooms, just as you would expect. Not to mention « Mathieu » the manager is a perfect professional, always looking after your needs.

This hotel is conveniently located and good parking. Rooms are tiny tiny tiny tiny but bedding is confortable.

Wifi uses your own 06 number. NO free Wifi, I'm afraid. Better shop for a better hotel nearby, there are plenty in Gerzat. Thin walls, noisy use eardrums.

Basic room with free parking. We could pay at a machine and were given a code to enter. No frills but functional and just what we needed at a late arrival.

Very basic but clean. Staff pleasant. No heating in room just air conditioning which was a bit cool for us coming from 32° in Spain. Breakfast at 7€50 was great value with limitless choice of food and beverages.

Good place for one night, but we were in February, and we slept in a room outside of the main building, where it was simply cold. The room was tiny, basic, but all towels and bed sheets were clean. Smart TV is not connected to wifi so useless for foreign travelers.
