A random statue in the middle of France. Worth seeing if you’re walking by
We were passing thru on our way to Bordeaux. This is in the old section of Poitier & we found it a charming area. As an American I stop at all the Statue of Liberties in France (there are 35 total).
It’s cute, but nothing special around, if takes 10 minutes to visit from downtown Poitier, so why not? Nearby, there are some old houses worth paying attention
I love this monument in the heart of Poitiers. It's just a shame the rubbish bins are overflowing most of the time. Parking is diabolical in the square, especially during school term and at pick up.
