In a school group, we arrived late, after the canteen closed. However the kitchen staff were welcoming and accommodating, thus staying up an extra 2.5 hours to provide us with food. The food was nice, but the veggie options were lacking, and the pork was, as a student put it "banging". We got to the rooms and one of the group slipped and fell out of the bathroom, as it gets quite slippery after a shower, and is quite small. The rooms themselves were nice, as we got a room with 4 windows and good lighting, however after conversing with other members, it was apparent that other rooms were smaller, and more dimly lit. We then had a busy day, and returned, when the students were allowed to go into each other's rooms. The key card was temperamental, as some students struggled to open their doors. They were allowed to play pool, where cues, chalk and balls were provided, however, it cost €1 per play. Each day, we were provided with breakfast, which included cereal, bread, yogurt, and jam, with no pastries. We were also provided with a takeaway lunch and hot dinners, both of which had veggie options. There was an outside contained area for the students to play in. Checkout was at 9:30, and there is ample space for coaches. The location is in walking distance to the city centre, which is a lovely city, with nice shops and an amazing cathedral. Overall, a lovely place to visit Reims.

Great place to R&R after some days cycle-camping from Arras. Underground cycle storage, also useful for tent drying. Accommodation is very quiet, calm and pretty clean. Location is super-easy to get to from the route along the canal. Once there the cathedral is 20 mins level walk along mostly pedestrianised street. Almost all my downtown attractions are within this same radius. Recommended

It's a hostel... suitable for modest backpackers and pupils on their first school-trip. Very small rooms, partially without toilet. Friendly reception, lousy kitchen staff. Well located, overall probably what can be expected for such a price in Reims.

A family of three spent a night at CIS Reims in a private bedroom with bath room. Friendly staff, nice facilities, clean room... The location is convenient to visit the city and it is very quiet. Basic breakfast, that may be improved, but it's ok. By good weather it's possible to have it outdoors.

It's a good hostel close to the city center for a reasonable price. There is the possibility to park your car for free in the front street. I didn't visit Reims but I saw that the position is convenient for the city center. I booked the private room with private bathroom and it was was very clean and comfortable with a nice view on the garden.

The workers are very kind, helpful with whatever you need. They offer a garden for a rest, benches, breakfast, lunch. Also you can pay them to cook you whatever you want to. There is a washing machine, vending machines, room with plays, available for students, with classrooms, with a gym. The best place to stay. Clean and nice plays next to the centre. 10 min from supermarkets, 100 m away from a public transport. Excellent.

We were only staying one night as we were on our way to Germany. Rooms were clean and tidy and surprisingly roomy and the bathrooms clean and functional. The staff were very friendly and gave us all the help and advice we needed. The breakfast was average at best, All in all good for the price but the breakfast could have been better.

Hostel was extremely noisy, one night there was actually a reggae concert that started at 6PM and went on to about 2AM literally next to the hostel. The breakfast they offer int he morning is nopt worth the €5 they charge, you can get something better just waking steps away. Overall clean hostel but definitely not the best one I have been to at all.
