We stopped in today sampled both the blended whisky and the bourbon. Both were fantastic! In addition to aging their whisky in oak casks, they also age them in wine barrels, which creates a delicious flavor profile quite unique. I highly recommend you stop by and try. Plus the prices were incredibly fair for the amount of time the spirits are aged.

We had a very nice experience in the shop, with a very nice shopkeeper. We tasted several whiskys from Meyer in Alsace and liquer. We bought a Meyer single malt, some liquer, schnaps and good wine. Best recommandations from Erlend

Da läuft man durch Straßburg und findet zufällig den Laden einer Elsässer Brennerei, genauer gesagt der Brennerei Meyer. Der nette und zuvorkommende Verkäufer hat sehr viel erklärt und hatte auf jede Frage, auch ausgesprochene Fachfragen, eine Antwort. Natürlich konnte man auch verschiedene der guten Tropfen probieren. In meinem Fall war ich am elsässischen Whisky interessiert, der aus lokalen Rohstoffen hergestellt wird. Eine Flasche Blendet Whisky mit Finish im Pinot Noire Fass habe ich dann auch mitgenommen.

Super accueil dès l’entrée ! Le personnel est vraiment compétent et de bon conseil. Le choix est grand, il y en a pour tous les goûts. La boutique est propre et joliment aménagée, on s’y sent bien. Bref, rien à dire, je recommande vivement !
