Only thing good is the location. The rest is absolutely horrendous. Dirty and run down .Broken tiles on the balcony.Dirty patio furniture .Filthy bed (which I didn't want to sleep in) Dishwasher still had dishes in . Trip hazards and no lighting in the hallways. Absolute joke for the price ! Stay well clear worst place I can honestly say I have stayed in !

The worst ever disgusting, dated, unfriendly, ill equipped place I have ever had the misfortune to stay at. |The lift was out of order, the building was disgustingly dirty, the pool is filthy I wouldn’t even stick my little toe in it. |Never cleaned at all. |No children or anyone entertaining the pool. |On top of this there was a huge Rat in the garden. |If we hadn’t of travelled so far I would have gone elsewhere. |It was only for two nights and atleast surprisingly the mattress was clean albeit no mattress covers were on it. |This place should be shut down seriously. |The staff /owners ? at reception obviously went to the Michael O’Leary school of custom service.|Booking.com did not present this so called residence truthfully. |Supposed to be 3star but I would only rate it a 1star and that was only for the parking and water pressure.

Abhorrently disgustingly filthy linens, bedding, towels. Why have a TV that only works with WiFi, and then not offer WiFi?? A suggestion to management - sell the TVs and invest in some laundry soap (bleach might help… but I’m not sure) and a better laundry service. Dishes were filthy, no dish soap, one roll of toilet paper for a 7 day stay?? Oh and the shower didn’t work. There was a bath tub, but good lord I wouldn’t dream of using it. I’d say you get what you pay for, but I’ve stayed in much cleaner and better kept hostels. Bon courage.

Great location but that was about it. The rooms were disgusting. Smelt of mould and lingering cigarette smoke. Rooms are very old and outdated. It needs to be renovated or else closed down. DO NOT BOOK HERE!

Very well renovated apartment/rooms, quiet and calm in winter season, probably more lively in summer with amenties such as a swimming pool, balconies on some of the rooms. Would recommend!

This is the worst apartment hotel I have ever stayed at. The owners of the hotel have let the hotel fall apart. The lobby is disgusting. The pools are in terrible condition. The hallways are scruffy, with paint peeling and carpets ripping off. The elevators don't work. Hall lighting is not always working which makes the hallways unsafe. The apartment I stayed at was in disgusting condition. The toilet stank constantly of urine. The bathtub was full of scratches and marks. The apartment was stinky, dirty and moldy. The bed was uncomfortable. The kitchen utensils supplied were overused and did not function. The kitchen furniture was so ugly and too big for the kitchen itself making it hard to even move in the apartment. This hotel should be condemned and the owners should be fined for mistreating their clients and ripping them off royally. The apartment is not cheap. As guests we are treated more like prisoners... forced to used the same towels for a week, which are too small and told we would be fined if we left after 10 AM with nasty notifications all over the hotel. Overall, a horrible experience. Stay away from this nightmare. The only good point: the people working at reception were kind. They cannot be blamed for the horrible condition of the hotel. Again, the owners of this hotel should be held accountable. They are slum hotel lords.

Shocking place - liars and thieves - changed terms mid booking, then charged our credit card and refuse to refund. We have reported them!! Do not book them!!!

I had high hopes for this location, especially after a long 16-hour drive with my family. We had booked our stay 5 months in advance, understanding that it might not be top-tier. Out of the three rooms we reserved for our family meeting of 9, two were satisfactory. However, the duplex room 96 did not meet our expectations in terms of cleanliness and value for its price. Additionally, we felt that the receptionist (the blonde one) could have been more helpful. I'd advise potential visitors to double-check their bookings and room conditions. The room wasn’t cleaned before we arrived, the bath waste was blocked and the toilet smells of urine.
